Experience is excellent. One point lost because I can't find the cost of parking either on site or online, this made me very worried. But it turned out the parking price was reasonable.

Easy and cost effective

OVERCHARGED ME AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR MORE THAN THE ONE DAY RATE OF $10. THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! I PARKED A LITTLE OVER 4 HOURS SO HOW WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN THE ALL DAY RATE??

Poor management as a bank!!
The local news channel said that parking in the Regions Bank garage was free on weekends. Apparently it wasn’t! My husband met me at the Revel parking cost us $11.85 each. I went to the Regions bank this morning with my receipts for reimbursement, they very rude and I figure I will never see a refund. Time to find a new bank!! We have banking at Region’s for over 50 years. So much for customer care!!

Driver in front of me was slow to pull out so my gate closed. There’s no easy way to have the gate open for a second time. Lousy!

This is an awful way to get into a parking lot. For many people this will inhibit their ability to actually get into the building it services. I am completely computer and phone savvy, and I had a terrible time getting into the parking lot. Bring back the old way...
