Very convenient parking lot. Situated in a very strategic point. Fares are right ($5/h). I'm just a little concern for the lack of video surveillance. (maybe there are camera, but i didn't saw them)... Voir plus
It was easy to reserve a parking spot, the price is really great, and it was very close to the stadium to make it all much better and easier to walk to the stadium. I'd recommend it to everyone!

I got a ticket despite paying with parking.com, receive zero support from them
I received a parking ticket at a lot I had paid for through parking.com app. After submitting a claim to parking.com, I have received no responses. Will never use this app again and advise others to stay away to avoid these frustrations and lack of support.

They should call this company easy reserve and Park!
It was easy to reserve a parking spot, the price is really great, and it was very close to the stadium to make it all much better and easier to walk to the stadium. I'd recommend it to everyone!

Online purchase was not legitimate
When I got to the lot, it was valet only.
They didn't recognize my receipt and indicated they had never seen this type of transaction. I waited about 10 minutes while the valet attendants discussed it among themselves and the answer remained "unknown".
This seems like a scam and the fact I received this request for a review is very confusing.
The parking address matched the location I went to and the attendants verified that from the receipt.

Kiosk machine at lot was off. Connection to WiFi and via 5G failed at the lot, had to restart process inside the restaurant across the street. The inconvenience is no big deal, but your concept is far better when the kiosk works.
