The convenience of being able to park and do it on a convenient app is very appealing. My only reason for not 5 is that it took a little bit of time for location and payment to load to my phone.

I park with these guys all the time and the last time I parked I paid for parking but didn’t change my license plate and I got a ticket. I call the company and they found that I did pay and they told me not to worry about the ticket. It was nice.

I use this lot every time I go to a Jazz game. Affordable. Always get a spot. I feel like my vehicle is safe there and super easy to pay!

No one showed up to open the lot. Horrible customer service. Should get a full refund.

Poor signage
Poor signage. Wasn’t clear at all where it was okay to park. There are lots marked “employee only” and a bunch of reserved spaces with numbers. There were only a few marked “Visitor”. I spent the whole event worrying that my car would be towed.

Cannot pay to use parking lot!
My credit card was hacked last year. Now with a new credit card, I cannot use the parking lot due to a previous credit card being hacked. Cannot pay or get a response on how to correct the issue.

When I went to leave, the arm wouldn't go up. I have a lifted truck and I think it didn't read it. Everything else was great 👍

Gave me a ticket even though I scanned and paid for parking. Disputed it with proof and heard nothing back. Garbage company. Lacks integrity.

App would not work
App would not work. Tried to call the number for help and the person didn’t know how to fix the issue. Total nightmare. Took me over 30 mins to get it to work.

Parking lot was not in the location…
Parking lot was not in the location stated. No attendants at lot to make sure it's even the right lot. The lot showed no parking everywhere so I didn't even park at the lot I paid for. And to top it off, no refund was given for not being able to use the parking lot. Will never use this service again.

Paid for parking but had no code or way to access the parking lot, the barrier didn’t move. No one to call for service support. Wasted my money and time, never going there again.
