Getting the parking discount was easy…
Getting the parking discount was easy to find for various locations. The online service was easy to use and the parking attendants were courteous and helpful. However the one way in and out was uncomfortable when a truck blocked the pathway. I was lucky i decided to go around the block and try again. The truck was gone.

2 reservations made and 2 denied at arrival
2 reservations made on line and was shut out of both. employees on your customer service line and in the lots need massive training. those in the 2nd lot need lessons in manners and people skill, let alone how to problem solve.

The application is spotty and if you…
The application is spotty and if you have an issue, for instance if you pay through the app and never receive the confirmation code, you will have a very difficult time reaching SP - who you are directed to - in order to fix the problem. Finding a phone number is impossible, when you find your way your calls are left unanswered. You can leave a message through the web service as you are also directed to do, but also will not hear back. This has happened to me MORE than once. I’ve had to double pay for parking, once through the app with no forwarded confirmation, and then again at the parking garages at 3x the original amount since I had no conf code. Still waiting on a call and refund.

Heavy traffic made it impossible to…
Heavy traffic made it impossible to keep my prepaid reservation. I called to cancel but got a voice message. I left my information but nobody has gotten back to me. I plan on disputing this charge unless you tell me my reservation was indeed cancelled and I was not charged.

I reached my parking destination on…
I reached my parking destination on 80th st only to find out that the garage is full. Directed me to the next location across the street and attendant told me he can't accept my reservation since it's a different location. Both garages belong to the same company. I have not been refunded yet.
