You need a way to have your price/ticket validated by proprietors. Visitors don’t always come by choice or at their leisure.

I’ll be honest, it was my fault completely that I was in a hurry but it did take me several minutes to sign up and put my payment info in. I thought everything was great if you already were a little familiar. I’d only used parking meters and paid via phone. I hadn’t parked in a lot and paid by phone/online before. And i didn’t have time or want to download the app. It would make things more streamlined if it were an easier process for someone like me who was in a hurry and had never paid to park in a lot before.

I made my payment, when I get back I had $50 bill for a violation. So I still can be this bill fix it. Is not good to pay then you give a $50 bill to me

We could not park it was for delivery trucks and vans

I was in a hurry….the reason I chose this location. It took multiple attempts for the site to come up so I could prepay. It was so frustrating that I seriously considered leaving & parking elsewhere. Expensive to park here because of convenient location to courthouses.

I really think the price was too much for the time I used.

Do not like haveing to use my phone for this

It was fast and easy, my car was in the same condition I left it in. Overall it was very convenient.

Rip off. Highway robbery

Not being from here, I used my GPS and it took me to the Windstream parking lot. I could not find the lot that I had paid for. Ended up having to find somewhere else to pay & park.
I do have to say that it was easy purchasing parking before hand.

A bit pricey but The convince to the court house was great, and I liked that I could add more time if needed via text.

The rates are extremely high. The app kept texting me and telling me I was running out of time, but it never told me how much time I had left. You don't get a refund when you overpay, so if you have 10 minutes left and you get back to your car in five you've probably already paid for another hour not knowing that you still would have had enough time. Way too expensive, I will not use it again.

Payment was easy and painless. E reminders of time left were very helpful

Parking area is okay but the app is terrible. It took forever to load and wouldn't let me add time so I had to re pay . And let's be real offer $10 for every 3hrs is ridiculous.

It was easy to access and use. Everything was done in a couple of minutes. Great thing to have if you don't keep cash on you. On a sidenote but perhaps unrelated, the only bad thing about the experience was the broken glass in the spot beside us.

Spots are not marked to park in- tow signs everywhere- too expensive

Way to expensive. Great to keep people moving and money coming in within a busy area and few others choices for parking.
