Great customer service- friendly, efficient, and well managed operation

Have been parking here for approx 1.5 weeks. In that that time, I now have multiple scratches/dents on the fender and worst of all, because of the attendants who parked the car recently, my car has a broken axle. Needed a toe truck to get the car out of its parking space. Odd that the car was drivable when I arrived at the garage. When trying to leave the garage, attendants could get the car out of the spot they put it in (at a crooked angle). Repair shop said it was very obvious the car was mishandled. Now I have a $1700 repair bill. Don’t park here.

I brought my truck in and there were a few guys standing around. They were not willing to help me get checked in properly. Gave me one of their tickets and instructed me to see the desk personnel when I returned. The only question was when I would return. I informed them that I would return at 1730. I reserved the spot until 1830 to be certain I had enough time to return. When I returned I did as instructed and went to the desk. They said I owed them another $43 and I said I was not going to pay for a service I had already paid for. He told the guy to return my truck to its space and then I asked if I needed to call the cops because at this point they are stealing my truck. I am so disappointed in how I was disrespected and had to waste an hour of my time because they did not do their job correctly. Please beware of this parking garage. They will try and take your money and belongings. I hope this place can find management that can control this hostile environment. I am nervous to use this app anymore along with this garage for the treatment I unjustifiably received.

Picked a garage close to the location needed. Just show the QR code or print the reservation. Great service and more than half the price without it.

Fix on line reservations so I can select oversized and avoid being double charged at checkout.

Would have been great except the parking lot address was the wrong block. Now I have to try to get a refund because I had to park somewhere else.

Easy process to book parking reservation. Garage staff was friendly and professional. Price was reasonable. Overall a pleasant experience.

Reserving a space was very quick and efficient. The valet was unable to use QR code provided in the app (maybe was not trained on how to use) and proceeded to input the reservation number which also did not work for the first few attempts. Service was prompt and courteous.

The attendant was very organized in helping clients.

The parking garage at E 63rd and York Ave attempted to charge me an additional $12 and stated that I was over the time limit. In fact, I picked up the car at 12:30 pm, 1 1/2 hours early. I showed them the entire reservation and the reserved times and that I was paying for an oversized vehicle and the attendant still argued that it was not consistent with their system and would not give me the car. Finally, another employee intervened and honored the parking.com reservation. This took 20 + minutes to resolve.
