I know I need to move into the 21st century, but I was frustrated that simple cash or card is no longer an option. It took me 20 minutes to set up my cell phone for the transaction. I have no idea if I'll know how to do this next time. Also, I've been charged twice on my VISA bill: $10.35 X 2!! No wonder people don't come downtown!

Parking lot felt safe and payment was easy only if you can capture the scan with cell phone. Only suggestion - could be better lighting and spaces are tight.

I had parked in a location that there was a street parking kiosk and the sign with the scan code. I used the kiosk only to find out 10 minutes later that it was not for the parking lot I parked in. The parking attendant watched me pay the wrong place and place the receipt in my window showing I was paid, but did nothing to inform me that I was a the wrong pay site. Instead gave me a ticket right after I left my vehicle. I spoke with the attendant the next morning, only to have him tell me it is not his job to assist me with parking payments. It did get fixed, but was a headache to get done.

I accidentally typed in my license plate wrong. I went back into Parking.com to fix it as soon I payed the parking fee. However when I got back to my car I had a ticket because it did not update.

Paid $26.70 for approximately 3 hours of parking to eat at Lechon. If I'd known it was going to be that expensive I would taken my chances on the street.

Fairly easy to sign up on the spot. Couldn't get the QR code to scan, but texting lot # worked fine.

Ease and convenience but needs to allow renewal without having to go back out and re-scan in the rain or when you aren’t close.

Difficult and complicated user experience. Check the Kitty Parking, is extremely simple.

I have reached out about a monthly work/corporate account and have not received a response in over a week.

Overall the experience was easy and quick once I got the hang of it. I struggled a bit with the QR code getting me to where I could enter my information. But after that...a piece of cake!

It was easy to pay while sitting in my car as it rained, and easy to add extra time from the comfort of my hotel room.

I received a text about time expiring soon. I tried going back to extend and it was impossible. I had to create an account, which I did, but my password was never recorded (or something else happened). Giving the benefit of the doubt I followed steps for "forgot password" 3-4 times. I never received the email to reset password. Impossible to extend time or even sign in. Will definitely avoid using in future

The lanes in and out are too narrow and you should not allow long vehicles (light trucks) to stick out 4 & 5 feet into the traffic lanes.

The company increased the prices and have not fixed the machine so that those who park do not have to pay an extra convenience fee.

Easy to park and use the app. However the spots were small and it was very hard to leave.
