My vehicle was to tall and this garage took care of everything. VIP treatment. They were nice and punctual. My vehicle was right there for pickup when we were ready to leave. 5⭐️
If I could give a -10 I would. I paid for parking for 24 hours. And within 7 hours my vehicle was booted. When I called to have the boot removed they came out and acknowledged that they erroneously booted my vehicle.
Paid for parking and still got booted. came out to find my car booted with a time of after I paid. Had to call and wait for them to come out for the boot and show my receipt for paying to get them to remove the boot. an unnecessary hassle at the end of the day. I was not the only car this happened too. It's unfortunate that someone working the lot having a poor day taking it out on others by booting cars without checking if they paid or not. Be aware if you use this parking lot.

First time using this. I’m old school and not very savvy using my phone for things. But this was an easy process.

Complete and utter rip off!! App is wonky and they charge crazy prices. I was a few mins late walking to my car and got a $90 boot. I’m pretty sure what they do is not legal. I got my alert and thought I had paid for another hour ($11 btw) with Apple Pay. It didn’t go thru properly, but I had no way of knowing that. Don’t use this parking lot.
Cash grab at its worst.

Booted my car and I paid!!
Website was down kiosk down for about two hours. No way to call customer service. I emailed asking them to call and take credit card. To this day no responses to my email. Web site came back up and I paid for 24 hours. Booted me anyway and despite having receipt for payment made me pay $90 to remove it.
Pathetic to keep asking me to review. Well here it is

Scanning unit didn’t work. Went to use it because it was lighted. Finally found one that took a credit card it was not lighted Wasted a lot of time many people had same problem
your sign said to text a number on the sign to start. I
sent a text , no reply
The QRS Code was very high, It was difficult to get a proper angle and frame the code to take a pictue

No access help for senior and sign impaired- all the old garage parking centers use to have brail and ada assitive things- now no consideration.

This parking experience was terrible. I paid to park and I entered my license plate, but when I hit pay I didn't notice that it had switched plates even though I just entered my plate. The company that manages this parking lot booted my truck and charged me $150 to get it off and told me to call their office Monday and I would be reimbursed my money after telling them what happened. I emailed and called them and two months later I still haven't been able to get ahold of them or get a response. Parking.com refunded my actual parking, but the company they hired to manage the lot is very crooked and stole $150 from me.

I choose two hours of parking and was charged for two DAYS. I immediately contacted via email to correct it. Immediately meaning within 60 seconds of paying and seeing the overcharge. I never received an return email or credit to my account for the massive overcharge.
Customer service is 0.
