since the street was in closed by NYPD we didn't get to use the parking but i got a refund very easy and quick

Garage does not exist
Maybe I completely missed something, but the parking garage didn't exist or had some secret entrance that was not easily accessible. I purchased my parking the day before my trip, and per Parking.com instructions I took a screenshot of my QR code and confirmation. The next day, I arrive in Brooklyn, search up and down for the parking garage and I couldn't locate it or the entrance anywhere. What's also strange, is I went back to my account and all of a sudden my order didn't exist. If they cancelled my order because the garage was no longer available I would have hoped that they would've attempted to communicate with me in advance rather than leaving your customer confused.

Very nice attendants
Very nice attendants. Couldn't find one as I arrived, but eventually did. Price was fair and as quoted. Online booking was smooth and accurate.
