Good garage, had to call it to figure out how to enter. The open door was for a school. The door I was expected to use was hidden behind a steel roll up door.

The scan vanished when I needed it to get out
The scan code in my digital wallet deleted itself before I was able to exit the garage. I didn't realize it untill I was in line to exit the garage. there was not service in the garage so I could not get it off the email. Luckily I had taken a picture of the code so I was still able to get out.

I’ve emailed and called this company…
I’ve emailed and called this company many times with no response. Simply put, some of the most unprofessional service out there. For the prices they gouge people with, the least they could do is answer emails and calls.

Fool me twice…
This is the second time I’ve used parking.com in Chicago and both times now there is no spot available in the garage I “reserved” a spot in.

Went round and round and round
Went round and round and round. Never could find the parking lot. Near upper and lower Wacker so maybe that’s the confusion. Should have called to see if we could get our money back. Had to grab another parking place and pay so we didn’t miss our cruise, so we paid for two parking spots
