Although I made a reservation with my license plate, the parking attendants treated me like an unknown person. Nobody told me to save the ticket, and when I didn't immediately produce it on leaving, I was told I would need to pay the maximum. Also the address was basically wrong and GPS directed me to a loading dock across the street.

My review is actually no stars. we paid for our parking on line and the parking attendant had no idea what to do with it. he gave us a voucher and said use this on your way out. it turned out he was charging us again at a higher price. we refused to pay the higher price and he then told us we had to pay $10.00 more than we paid on line. he took our $10.00 in cash that we had to pay to get out of the parking lot. we will never buy parking on line from this site again !!!!

Parking attendant didn't know how to…
Parking attendant didn't know how to process my reservation. He honored it, but just did so by letting me out. He didn't know what to do. I don't know if it was the site or the attendant.

The attendants at Two Financial Center…
The attendants at Two Financial Center Parking are very nice. Answered all my questions when i called. They were friendly and efficient. Took great care of our car. They even allowed us to access car to put packages in. Thank you to all of them! Made some Mainers feel very comfortable in finding a great place to park!

It seemed like a good idea, but the garage needs to handle these transactions manually. I had to find the office, pay more money, then wait at the exit for the attendant to open the gate manually. Ugh.

Didn't realize there was an extra $10…
Didn't realize there was an extra $10 fee for vehicles over 5 feet tall. Additionally, we paid for 4 hours of parking but were told the garage closed at 10:30pm so we needed to leave by then.

Did not find out until I arrived at…
Did not find out until I arrived at garage that there was an additional charge because my vehicle was 5’ high. Doubled my cost to park. Will not park there again.
