Just a little hard to get all numbers correct for parking site, license plate, credit card ...when in a hurry for a 81 year old....
Also, a 5 for your program that remove the ticket I received since my payment was after I paid on line.. ,
Also customer service gets a 5 ...they provided quick and accurate info so I could pay after several failed attempts.
