Nervous to park there again.
I paid for a three night (four day) stay in advance only to discover parking tickets left on my windshield when I was leaving. A real communication issue at their end. Thankfully I had taken screen shots of my payment info and was able to prove to them that I had paid in full. It caused unnecessary frustration and anxiety. They did void the tickets. I advise users to take screen shots of their payments. Otherwise the parking area was safe and clean.

Rates issues but received a refund

Easy parking experience but better indications needed
The payment experience was pretty smooth. However, it was hard to find proper indication as to where I needed to park as a ZEN Condos guest.

Making the Payment is an issue. You have to make sure people can actually pay at the site. Provide Internet o machines that can speed up the process

Read the on-line payment instructions carefully
The on-line interface is different than most. This is by day instead of hour when paying. We were not aware. So we typed in 4 thinking it was 4 hours, but instead we paid for 4 days. So needless to say, our evening parking was VERY expensive. Otherwise it was a great place to park and I’d park there again in the future.

Price is different from the label in parking lot. No extend option, double charged the service fee.

This Parking.com - Zen Condos is mobile-only, requiring payment through an app. Be sure to park in the correct spot numbers. I paid for 3 days but received a ticket for parking in the wrong spot; however, they quickly revoked it. It’s pretty busy on weekends, but I recommend it.
