Parking Access, LLC Avis 185

I booked and paid the deposit for one night at the MSP "Airport Days Inn" with 10 days parking. I arrived at the listed Bloomington hotel address the next day to find a vacant lot, apparently where long ago there once was a structure.

I called the desk at the "Airport Days Inn" (in nearby Eagan); there was no record of my reservation by name and the "confirmation code" I received was not a usable Days Inn reservation code. Furthermore, and suspiciously, I never received an email confirmation from "Parking Access, LLC" or Days Inn.

I called PA's telephone number and was never able to get past a west-asian AI voice (with looping background noise sounding like a busy call center, apparently for "authenticity"), which when I asked for a customer service representative it happily transferred me right back to the same female west-asian AI voice. My second attempt resulted in disconnection. I called a second time and went through an identical process.

My credit card online statement shows a debit of $26.85 on 9/19, followed by a credit on 9/20, apparently, of $26.00. I'll be following up with the card company to ensure this is so, and to collect the $0.85 just for good measure. They now have my phone number, email address, etc., so I can expect even more scam texts and automated telephone solicitations from random area codes going forth. The most galling and suspicious aspect of this experience was the impossibility of speaking with a sentient being.

Update to an earlier review: I received excellent customer service in getting a refund for parking that I didn't use because I went to the wrong location. They responded to my emails within 24 hours and when I explained the circumstance was issued a refund the next day.

You do realize your private information (name, email, phone number, etc) has value these days? This website collects all of your private information, including your credit card number, before announcing that the service you require (Parking at pdx, in my example) is sold out. I cannot think of a more shady operative behavior.

The best parking service for Ft Lauderdale cruises. Easy to find location. Very convenient drop off luggage procedure and parking. Parking staff load and unload your heavy luggage for you from your vehicle to the shuttle bus back storage area and unload at the port and the same when you return. (No self lifting your suitcases inside the shuttle van). The bright Orange Shuttle Vans are easy to identify upon your return at the Port Terminal. The vans run often and the wait time is minimal. The online reservation website was easy to reserve and pay. We will use again.

Let's try this again since my previous review was removed. I booked and prepaid for 9 days parking near a major airport at a mainstream hotel that included shuttle service to and from the airport. I confirmed via email and phone days prior to arrival and was assured that shuttle service started at 4:30am (also stated in email) and my vehicle would be safe. I arrived at 5am to a dark hotel lobby, apparently shuttle started at 6am and my flight left at 6:55am. There were no Uber, Lyft or Taxi's available until 7am therefor forcing me to drive to airport and long term park. All Lots were FULL further forcing me to park in Lot A. When I returned I was charged $342. on top of my $105.75 at the hotel. The initial payment was finally refunded after ridiculously poor back and forth with customer service, but not the $342. which I was forced to incur due to FAILURE to provide service. This company has since put me on terminal hold when I call to resolve my complaint. Furthermore, it is no surprise the BBB has given them a D- rating for a non-accredited business due to complaints.

None of the shuttle rides in my reservations were successful.

My initial reservation process was simple which is where they get 1 star, but their shuttle partners were so bad that I ended up needing to rely on Lyft anyway.

For both pickups, the shuttles were over 30 minutes late, and they had 0 communication except for a useless automated phone number.

Worst is since I was going to be late and needed my own Lyft to make it to my flight the shuttle company marked me as a no-show once they eventually got there, so Parking Access is fighting me for a refund. Definitely will never be using this service again.

Update: they did end up processing the refund. Generally their customer service is nice. Adjusted rating +1

My flight to London was cancelled at midnight. Was very depressed. Still got a van to reach my car and drove home. Contacted the customer service in the morning and the prepaid parking fee was quickly refunded.

We booked our parking code s9JhUR8mSm on August 23, 2022, and on September 19, 2022, MY BANK informed me of a "Refund", so I sent an email to parkingaccess.com.
On September 20, 2022, they simply responded that THEY CANCELED our parking.
No reason, no advice. WHAT A SERVICE!!!

We used Globe Parking to get us to the airport and picked us up when we returned at 1am. Very nice and we didn't have a wait going. Coming home we had to wait for additional passengers but it wasn't too long. I will definitely use them again.

Easy to use, pay and get great results!

Booking a place to park for my trip was quick and easy. Simple straightforward process and everything was dialed in. I even had to make a change that was updated quickly.

Using this website was easy. Hopefully, parking at the hotel and having a shuttle will be just as easy.

Reservation process was very simple. Prior reviews look to be very favorable.

Cheapest place around, not covered parking, but that's not a problem for us. Just a few minutes from the airport and the shuttle arrived pretty quickly. Payment, drop off, and pick up were smooth. There were seven of us and it's a good thing it was an eight-seater mini-van, because I didn't see a way to let them know how many seats you need, or if you need a car seat or booster seat.

Booked on a Sunday night and no response for 36 hours. When I had already booked and paid with my credit card they told me the rates had gone up. Still no confirmation email 72 hours later. Contacted the hotel directly and they had no record and when they tried to contact customer service they said they had no record of the transaction even though I had a confirmation number. To show you how high class their customer service is, when I called one of their representatives I heard a "rooster" crowing in the background. It screams professional business atmosphere.
