Parking lot was great but had to wait 45 minutes for shuttle back to lot!

Overall a good concept to save money on parking but we ended up walking at 3am to the airport a couple of miles w kids because the home/secondary screen alluded to the hotel being 24/7 shuttle where the other companies listed specific times for their shuttles. Fix that unclarity and should be a good experience.

Excellent service! Quick and easy taxi ride to the airport. Loved that they were able to also inspect my car and give it an oil change while we were gone. Fair and reasonable pricing!

Na een maand in onzekerheid te hebben gezeten was het antwoord van uw bedrijf zeer teleurstellend.
Natuurlijk weten we dat de auto binnen stond maar dat ze geen duidelijk beeld kunnen geven waarom de auto eruit zag alsof hij een maand in een meelfabriek heeft gestaan vind ik zeer kwalijk.
Op zijn minst hadden we een tegoed bon voor een wasstraat kunnen krijgen.
Ik blijf erbij dat het een slechte afhandeling is van dit probleem.

I’m thankful for doing parking this way. It saved us about $80 and I didn’t have to worry about driving in crazy airport traffic. Only thing was we did have to wait at least 30 mins for the shuttle to pick us up after we called to let them know we were back.

Excellent Experience. We parked or vehicle at their location during our two week visit to Londin England. Excellent services, from Erica at the front desk to the young gentleman that picked us up from the airport 4 Aug 2024.

Double Tree hotel was a great place to park my car the only thing I didn't like was the shut down at 10 pm, otherwise I would have gave a 5

It does not include transportation to the airport, you have to order an Uber to take you.

I did not use the service because my wife took sick. I sent an email to you for a credit and have not received a response

After to have to pay the service in and out to airport the price is kind of similar of parking at airport!

We made a booking for the car park through the company, for 6 days. We were delayed 2hrs due to heavy traffic, upon our phone conversation (making the car park aware of our arrival 30mins before as instructed) we were told we would now need another booking paying an extra £110.00. He mentioned that if it was just an hour that would have been ok.

When we questioned the basis of this payment the manager told us that it was company policy and we wouldn’t find anything cheaper than what he was offering. In fact he ‘told’ us that he knew the pricing of surrounding car parks and he checked it as we spoke. But we found cheaper parking near instantly.

When we called back to inform the car park that we had found cheaper thus cancelling the rebooking, he raised his voice claiming that this was impossible and giving passive aggressive comments about us lying. I had to cut the conversation off as it was going nowhere.

Not the way we wanted to start our holiday and I would avoid at all costs.

Over charged! High price! Shuttle from parking was expensive!

When I booked this it was advertised as 24 hour shuttle and that is why I booked at Cambria, knowing that our return flight got in after 1a.m. When I called for pick up I was told it stopped at 12, Then why was it advertised on the 24 hour shuttle site? I had to pay an sedition $35 for a taxi. Not happy about this!

The front desk person at Best Western was extremely kind. The whole process was very simple. Our driver both to and from the airport was very friendly and nice.

The convenience as an alternative to the TriRail. Much easier. Parking was easy and lots of shade options. Will definitely choose this option in the future!

Everything went very smooth!

The parking lot I purchased park for was not a parking lot when I showed up. It was supposed to be the Crown Plaza and it was no longer and I was thrown off the property in NYC. There I am with my 6 year old and no place to park for my flight. It’s almost impossible to talk to a real person even via text with parkos. Definitely no way to speak to anyone on the phone. Finally when I texted with a real person they were unable to tell me if I would be refunded. I had to purchase last minute parking for $55 per day and I had already paid over $25 per day to Parkos who couldn’t tell me if I would be refunded. The person I chatted with asked me if I took pictures when I was being tossed out of the property I was supposed to be parked. No, I didn’t take pictures while three security guards made sure I left asap. Not a good experience or way to start off a vacation. If you’re going to make money brokering parking make sure people customer service is what sets you apart and adds value for your clients. Don’t just make them chat with a bot and AI. Not cool

It was easy. Check in process was smooth and we could wait in the lobby for the shuttle.

I found very convenient place for me to park the car. Self parking and it was really cheap.
It is just a few minutes away from Fort Lauderdale airport.
On the way back the shuttle came fast.
Very much satisfied.
