Excellent service. We received good communications containing all the information required. The phone was answered promptly. Plenty of spaces were available. The airport drop off/collection was perfect, friendly, smooth running.

Adventure Wonderland Parking & Parley Lane Parking - two names but the same space in Hurn. AVOID this car park if you value your vehicle.
I did not visit Adventure Wonderland — I only used their parking, advertised as Parley Lane Parking, available for travellers flying from Bournemouth Airport. That was a mistake I will not repeat.
I left my car there for 9 days. When I returned, the central section of my exhaust had been stolen. There was no staff on site, no security, no lighting, and no emergency contact. The only person around was a shuttle driver who couldn’t help. I had to drive home in a dangerous condition and then pay £242 for repairs.
The parking operator refused all responsibility, and their insurer dismissed the claim without offering any meaningful explanation. This happened because of clear and obvious negligence:
• No lighting at all
• No visible security presence
• No staff on site
• No emergency contact number
• Uncontrolled access, including an unlocked pedestrian side gate far from the main entrance
• No evidence that CCTV was checked — I still don’t know if it even works
• Terrible parking surface with deep potholes and standing water
This is not a secure car park. It is an unmonitored field where anything can happen to your vehicle, and no one will take responsibility.
If you’re flying from Bournemouth Airport, you are genuinely better off taking a taxi. It will cost far less than the damage, stress, and complete lack of accountability you’ll face here.
Avoid this place.

We have used this service a few times and it has been great. Now it appears to have been taken over by Just Park. On arriving back from a 5 day trip Just pilot told us we had to leave the car park by 4pm- it now seems there is no allowance for late arrival etc. we left the car park at 4.10
I think Parley Lane need to explain what happens about cost if you return later from your flight

Absolute shambles and will never use again. It is run by people who don’t care. No confirmation received for booking. Not lit up. No security. No bus to collect from the airport.

Beware. This car park will cost you more than parking next to the airport, and is much less convenient.

Even if you pay and comply with the parking conditions you will be fined £100 at any opportunity. Do not trust them. Do not park here.

We used this facility in March. Advertised as £10.00 per day. (From 00:00 till 23:59).

We paid £30 for 3 days. A reasonable person would assume that meant from Midnight on the first day till 1 minute to midnight on the 3rd day. No. On booking we advised a planned arrival time of 7:30pm on the first day, and a departure time of 21:00 on the 3rd day - a total of about 2.5 days.

We arrived at the car park 20 minutes early just after 7:00pm. Because of that we were fined £100. The appeal was rejected.
