Great item

Great item. Looks good, arrived in good time. I emailed an enquiry to customer service and had a response within hours even on the weekend. The harness works as advertised. Me and Mabel had a wonderful stress free walk today. Would recommend.

Oh dear

Oh dear! How I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing two harnesses! I even checked that it was a UK company before buying - thus thinking that the harnesses were manufactured here in the UK. Obviously - it is not UK based and the harnesses are manufactured elsewhere. Needless to say, I am still waiting for the harnesses to arrive 9 days after placing and paying for my order. “Mary”, in her replies to my emails, is polite in her explanations (high demand etc etc) and has even thanked me for my patience! “She” advises that my order is currently in transit (allegedly) and on its way to me. “Mary” has also, apparently, “escalated” my order to ParoPet’s logistics team and she is “confident it will be delivered by next week”. Well, I will wait with anticipation to see whether that indeed occurs! If not, no doubt I will have further exchanges with a computerised “Mary”!

Scam

Scam. Don't ship, patronising responses using chat gpt. No urgency or resolution and don't actually have the stock. No update to customers and have to chase. Robotic.

Good quality item

excellent quality product and really does stop your dog from being able to drag you along! I wish they'd be more honest about shipping times, ordered from the UK and definitely was shipped from overseas. Took about ten days to arrive.

Feared this was a scam but great purchase in the end

At first I feared this was a scam order as I ordered a harness a while ago and the order disappeared from the Shop app and the Evri tracking number didn't work. I did receive an email from Mary from Paropet assuring me it was on its way but I wanted to make sure I received it before editing my review. I have since received my order albeit about 10 days later and it is as described so I am happy with my purchase. When clipping the harness on the front it does stop my dog Rigby from pulling but it does get tangled up in my dogs legs sometimes especially when he lifts his back leg for a pee. All in all I am pleased with the harness and thankyou to Mary from Paropet for assuring my order got to me. Just bear in kind delivery takes a little time.

Waiting for delivery hopefully soon

Contrary to some of the reviews I’ve seen I can confirm this company is not a scam, however delivery times need updating on the website and more transparency about this as I did wait 22 days to find out the item was being returned to sender. Fair play to Mary from paropet, she issued a refund (can confirm this did arrive into my bank within a couple days) and also re delivery of a new harness. This is yet to arrive so I can’t comment on this side of things, hopefully when/if it does I can increase this rating.

Hi Steven, we sincerely apologise for the experience you had. This isn't something anyone should have with us. We did have stock issues during this period which have now been resolved, but we should have been far more proactive in letting customers know.

We checked your package and it got lost during fulfilment. A full refund has been processed and a replacement is on the way.

Having tried most no pull leads and…

Having tried most no pull leads and harnesses to date this one has been the most effective. Grandkids can control the dog with no pulling even the dog seems happier on walks with no one struggling and getting stressed with no pulling

Great customer service 👏

I placed an order for a no-pull collar then got talking to a friend who gave me some helpful advice on how to stop the dog pulling so decided I would cancel the Paropet order and try my friends advice first. I contacted the support email and Mary who answered was very helpful and actioned a refund immediately. Couldn't ask for better customer service. If the training doesn't help, I would definitely purchase from Paropet in the future.

There was a delay in my order being…

There was a delay in my order being delivered. I received a very pleasant and timely response to my email from Mary and assured my order would be on its way by the end of the week. The no pull harness and lead are great quality and fits my Dalmatian really well! I would highly recommend.

Great harness, will buy another once puppy fully grown

I bought a harness and lead from ParoPet for my 4 month old golden retriever. I need to teach him to walk nicely before he’s fully grown as I don’t want him pulling me nor others over. Ordered this after watching video on instagram. I did have to check on the order as it took a few weeks but got an immediate reply from their customer support saying it would arrive by the Saturday, it actually arrived earlier. The product itself so far has not disappointed. It’s strong, puppy seems comfortable wearing it and he is already walking so much better. Really happy with it.

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered harness for my dog gig Evri tracking number a few days after placing order but it’s now 2 weeks later and Evri still say they are expecting the parcel. I have contacted the company to find out what is going on they said there were having stock issues due to high demand. Waited a while longer but still no update sent email requesting to cancel and was told that it had been sent so I could not cancel. I explained that the tracking has not updated and still showing that Evri expecting the parcel they tried to lie and say that it takes a few days for Evri tracking to update. I have now filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I think is another chinese scam

I think is another chinese scam. myself and numerous others have put comments on FB saying despite having emails saying orders despatched we all have the same message from Evri to say they do not yet have it over a week later Paropet say its an error but as no goods arrive, its looking like a scam. they claim to be a UK company but have no phone number. not much on companies house, there is a foreign name and a uk address but that is likely to be a post box for numerous dodgy operators
