Thank you, Debbie for swiftly responding to all my questions leading up to the job, and Keith for such a neat and tidy replacement of the defective Silavent MVHR with the new Vent Axia model. All running nice and quietly now!

Keith did an amazing job replacing the supply fan on my Vent-Axia MVHR and servicing both that MVHR and an additional MEV unit. The MVHR was difficult to access due to the way it had been installed, but he put a lot of effort into getting to it and didn't give up when I feel a lot of engineers would have just told me it was too difficult to access. He was really friendly and did an incredibly thorough job checking everything. Debbie was also extremely helpful when I was trying to work out what fix was needed and in helping me get an appointment booked in. Would definitely recommend using Part-F for any work you need.

The engineer Keith was very personable, and his level of professionalism was outstanding. Our MVHR unit had stopped working a few months prior and he explained what the potential issues could be. He walked me through exactly what he planned to do with the unit, explaining everything clearly and confidently. I immediately felt like we were in very capable hands.
What really impressed us was the time he took to show us how to operate the system properly. His guidance has already made a noticeable difference. It’s rare to find someone who not only does the job well but genuinely wants you to understand your own equipment.
Although we may need to replace the unit in the future, Keith’s thorough maintenance — and Part‑F’s expertise — means we can get more life out of it than we expected. That kind of honesty and care is invaluable.

We’ve had a really great experience with Part-F. We needed an annual service for our Nuaire ventilation system. Debbie was very organised, offered us several options of date and time and was very patient with me when I needed to change dates due to work. She explained that the service includes cleaning of various parts plus an inspection of the system. On the day, the contractor arrived promptly and did the service quickly and efficiently. I can tell the system is working better now that it’s cleaned. I highly recommend.

This was my second time using F Part. They have Excellent customer service and do a great job. I will definitely be using them again next year for the annual service of my air purifying system. I highly recommend them!

A personable engineer arrived a couple of minutes early - then explained what he was going to do with regards to the maintenance of the MVHR unit.Eveything was handled si professionally & we got an instruction on how to operate the unit as we had not been doing correctly for years. May need to replace later but thanks to Part-F we will get a little more out of the unit. Highly recommended.

A really good experience from start to finish and very glad to have found (via a neighbour's recommendation) Debbie at Part F, who was professional and easy to deal with throughout the process of getting a noisy MVHR fan unit replaced. The onsite engineer Keith arrived early, explained exactly what he was going to do, and two hours later the job was complete, he walked me through how the new unit worked, and he tidied up too. I would highly recommend using this company if you need an MVHR unit replaced.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I contacted the company after a recommendation from a neighbour. I explained what I needed and after providing some photos they came back with a recommendation for a replacement and gave clear pricing and timescales. I was then booked in a few days later.
The engineer arrrived on time and was very friendly and talked me through what he was going to do and explained the system set up, he was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about the system and how it works - more than I had ever been told. He was very thorough and ensured everything was correct and working efficiently. He installed the system neatly and tidily and cleared and disposed of the the old system and put everything back where it was before. I would definitely recommend them.

I can’t fault the service Part-F have provided. I had a faulty Vent-Axia MVHR. Keith attended within a few days of my contacting them and quickly diagnosed the fault and explained the options. The next day Debbie provided very reasonable quotes. I chose to replace the unit as the most cost-efficient long-term solution. Keith returned within ten days and replaced the unit, arriving on time and completing the work efficiently. He even replaced a cover above the unit that I had paid a carpenter to remove, without me even asking him to. All-in-all, excellent service.

Wonderful service, great communication and good value. Debbie gave me a competitive quote to replace a heat recovery air circulation unit when I was let down by another installer. She was also very helpful to find a date for the installation and the work was performed flawlessly and professionally as quoted. I can highly recommend them.

Part-F replaced our ventilation unit and did an excellent job. Our unit was in tricky place and one competitor refused to even quote on the work because of the challenge but Part-F accepted the task and did fantastic work. They also recommended a unit that was cheaper than the alternative because they thought it would be better for us.

Keith was also able to advice on replacement options and type of systems in case the system breaks down and I really appreciated he asnwered all my questions with great professionalism and patience.
