Amazing. The delivery company delivered my parcel practically on the street and someone took it. Parthea sent me my parcel as a gesture of goodwill and I’m so grateful.

I ordered a dress that was too large

I ordered a dress that was too large, and the quality did not meet my expectations. I read the refund policy beforehand, and it never mentioned that I would have to ship the item back to China. It seems unreasonable that, to save on shipping costs, I have to agree to keep the item, and in return, they will send me a discount code for future purchases.

The return policy is awful

The return policy is awful - have to cover the cost yourself no shipping label provided and have to ship all the way back to china and not somewhere in the country. If you are providing worldwide shipping the return service should be just as good and efficient and easy for the customers as

Delivery Delay

The delivery company delayed my package and I emailed the company saying I didn’t want it anymore and never got a response. I want to return this and get my money back.

SCAM

Parcel says delivered in Waltham cross however I do not live there.
I asked for a refund the second I didn’t get a order confirmation email as I found this suspicious.
This seems like a scam.
I spent around £80 on two dresses with no evidence of this purchase as I never got an email to confirm.
I need a refund I do not have my items. I have emailed but nothing.
Will be contacting ombudsman if not.

Where to Check: The courier has confirmed the package was left on your front porch. Could you please:

Double-check around your property (e.g., porch, back door, or safe spaces).

Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted it on your behalf.

Verify with your mailbox in case it was placed there.

Seems like I got scammed

Seems like I got scammed. Company insists that items were delivered, but I have not received my order. Will be disputing the charges with my CC company.

The logistics company provided a photo of the delivery to prove that the package has indeed been delivered. Please ask your family or neighbors if they have picked up the package for you.
