PART ON WHEELS IS NOW FAKE COMPANY. I HAVE ORDERED CYLINDER BLOCK THEY SENT ME CHIMTA. AGAIN THEY DENIED TO AGREE THAT. EVEN THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY AFTER SHOWING AND PROOVING THEY SENT WRONG MATERIAL. NOW THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. REQUST NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. TOTALLY FAKE COMPANY. THANKS.

Don't order this website

Initially they have dispatched the orders ontime. After some days, they are sending partial orders. My total 23 items pending for dispatch. Order value Rs 15000. Contact number also not working for Part on wheel.

There is no number to contact them on whats no they are not responding 7 days sai jyada ho gye product order kre hua pr abhi tk koi update nhi hai na koi track id yai bhi ni pta ki product dispatch hua hai ya nhi fraud hai website pls do not order they are that people who take our harden money to run there homes fraud people fraud website google must ban there website no person take responsibility no number to contact or no one replay on mail as well more than 24hr i do mail to them but no respond fraud ban part on wheel

I ordered three products from the website and only after several mails and messages they delivered only lower costing two products. The one product was never delivered.

This website PART ON WHEEL is a fake site,
ordered for 2 parts and received only one for which i paaid in full, i 've been trying to contact them through whatsapp, no response after multipke messages, Chat Support- +91-8062365021 (WhatsApp)*, not able to reach anyone there and the parcel was sent through Amazone shipping and no response from them either, these people are fraud and cheats. i will not recomend to anyone, guys be aware of this.

fraud website, don't trust

I placed an order on 9th of Feb, the order received confirmation on the very next day. Today is 11th of March, the product has not been shipped.

I reached out to customer service thrice, the very first time they did respond. That's the all I got. Next time I requested to cancel and initiate a refund but I have not heard anything from them ever since.

I had ordered some spare parts for my bike from an online website called PartOnWheels, since they were not available in the local market. Even after 7 days of placing the order, I did not receive any response from them. Later, after doing some research, I found out that thousands of people have been scammed by this site — they take money but never ship the products. I also checked YouTube and in the comments section many people have complained that even after 30–40 days, they neither received their products nor got any refund.
There is no authentic customer care number to contact them.

Don't trust them. Ordered last week. Still now no proper response.
No proper WhatsApp support.
Not even in the mail

This is no1 fraud company i pay money not delivery material and no refund

Totally fraud.. when 1st time I ordered Karizma ZMR panel they delivered within week but after few months i ordered 3500rs bike parts but they not delivered it's been 3 weeks ago.. order no 424218 424221 and 424294 only i recived a 195rs gasket.. piston set & rest expensive part they fail to deliver and the whatsapp no not respond.. never ever buy expensive parts .. we should stop buying from them it's the only we can do to teach them lesson

Do not order from this site. This is a scam site. They do not deliver your order or refund your money. No customer support. I have not received my order even after 15 days (Order #415643). No one has contacted me regarding the issue with my order. Do not waste your money by ordering from this site.

Part on wheels is fraud,i ordered a spare part of 3000 rs on 21st Jan,and now it's almost 28 days,they are not responding,They are scammers, do not order anything

Extremely unprofessional service. Order was delayed with no updates, and I received only one item without any explanation. When I followed up, I was given different excuses every time — first “part not available,” then “parcel wouldn’t fit,” which is completely false.
The moment I sent a strong email, they suddenly “found” the part and shipped it. This clearly shows misleading communication and poor management.
Would not recommend. Be ready to chase them for something you’ve already paid for.
Very poor management, execution, customer handlings . They should down if they are not able to deliver the products atleast people wouldn't get any false hope !!!!!!

Be aware of this website. It appears to be a fake and fraudulent operation.

They took my payment but never delivered the product.
After multiple follow-ups, they claimed that a refund was initiated, but no amount has been credited till now.
They also failed to provide any valid refund reference or UTR number.

This is a complete scam experience.
I strongly advise everyone not to make any payment on this website.
Save your money and avoid this platform.
