Misleading Website, Rude Customer Service
The customer service representative was condescending and rude, especially given he was speaking with a female. Items I had ordered on their very misleading website were not arriving for 4 days when I had paid over $60 to have them shipped overnight. Rather than listing these items as out of stock, the website allowed me to purchase the products, pay for expedited shipping, and even send a email 20 hours later that the parts would ship that day. While concerned the auto parts hadn’t arrived overnight, I was somewhat relieved that the parts would arrive the next day. In an abundance of caution I decided to contact the Olathe Toyota Parts Center to ease my mind. I was working on a time crunch as I had a mechanic available to me for a couple of days who had offered to assist me with my vehicle, but he was leaving town in two days. Turns out that Olathe Toyota Parts Center was not overnighting the car parts needed. In fact, they DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE PART IN STOCK. The representative with whom I spoke was just a horrible human being. He was absolutely NOT apologetic, but instead was rude, defiant, and condescending. This company has very misleading website. I could have purchased the car parts elsewhere had I known they were not in stock. Additionally, this company has a misogynistic customer service representative who has no respect for women. For your own good DO NOT ORDER TOYOTA CAR PARTS FROM THIS BUSINESS!
