Worst Supplier : Front wheel bearings for Chevrolet Spark
The items "Front wheel bearings for Chevrolet Spark" vide Order 100216935 Dtd. 26/07/2025 but till today the required said items have not been dispatched. During the inquiry about tracking the order, only "Processing" was showing on the website. The Partsbigboss is the worst supplier. If failed to supply, they should REFUND the amount. The purchase was made on 26/07/2025; today is the 13th Day of September 2025.

!!Fraud!! 15 days no parcel no calls no emails responses...
I ordered a car part 15 days ago and have recieved nothing, they say 7-8 days delivery but I didn't get any, I can't track parcel from there website because it says that parcel has not dispatched yet I did complete payment and no refund nothing, nobody pick up calls on their given number I sent a mail 7 days ago no response on that also , this website is a complete scam it's my request for everyone to not trust this website.
Edit: "After 10 months I got a reply here saying that I should call their number or mail them, which is Total crap, I called hundreds of time and wrote numerous mails nobody responded, no refunds, nothing, Completely fraudulent company"

Hear me out, Don't fall for this website, they might have the parts listed on their website but they source from other suppliers. the result is long waiting times. slow response from team, frustration grows, feeling of scam. i had to cancel order after 3 weeks of poor communication. when on call with them, they did not feel to stop the refund but instead said we are OK with refund?. who in business would want to incur loss?
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Frustrating expereince.
The supplier doesn't consider it necessary to update their tracking page. It always shows "Processing". When they issue a ticket on a complaint lodged, nothing happens and the status remains at "Processing'.
Got their phone number (88262266670) from a different site. They responded and assured me of their assistance. However their response quality is not up to the mark. Let me see what happens.
I shouldn't have paid in advance to such a supplier.
