Party On Balloons Avis 

After 2 days of receiving the Balloon it deflated. I contacted customer service to explain what happened and took pictures of the balloon. Their reply was very passive aggressive and told me to refer to the “balloon aftercare process”. On their website it says their balloons stay inflated for 2-3weeks. Their excuse was the balloon cannot be kept in a warm environment however I cannot control the weather and it’s been very warm the last few days. No aftercare instructions were sent with the balloon either. Last year I ordered a Balloon before from a different company and it lasted 3 weeks during the middle of August!!

Thank you for my beautiful balloon. I was really pleased to take it to my Niece's birthday and the personalised message was a lovely touch.
I was conscious that balloons aren't the most environmentally friendly option for decoration so, finding your note offering to recycle in the box if posted back to you deflated was very nice surprise.
Very satisfied.

I ordered a balloon in a box for my friends 60th birthday, it arrived on the date and the recipient was overwhelmed with it. I've used them before and they never disappoint. I highly recommend these for all occasions the prices are better than most I viewed. 👍

Ordered a Mickey balloon in a box to surprise the family with a trip to Disneyland. It was delivered on the day I asked and is brilliant quality. The kids love it and it didn't disappoint, Infact its still fully inflated over a week later! Will definitely use this company again.

I’ve used this service a few times and I’ve never been disappointed, every balloon I’ve ordered has been exactly has I’ve specified , beautiful balloons well packaged and very easy to design your own balloon . Customer service is brilliant they always get back to you very quickly . Delivery on the day you ask for is always spot on . Highly recommended.

Easy website to navigate. I did think a bit higher price point but don't let that put you off.
Arrived on day I choose with DPD giving you hour time slot. Balloon just as picture neon with personalisation. In floated out of box as per video.
Glad we paid extra for gift card and white box.
Company so professional and Benjamin replied to my e-mail so quickly. Definately will be using them again.

If you're after beautiful balloons with impact, look no further than Party On Balloons. Ours arrived packaged carefully and exactly as the photo showed on the site. I hesitated at first because it seemed like a big pay out but I wouldn't hesitate again. All the larger metallic and bespoke balloons are still going strong one week later and our 10 year old was delighted with them. Order now! You won't regret it.

The balloons inside a balloon, I ordered for my grandson’s 1st birthday, arrived earlier than advised. My grandson’s face lit up when he saw it. I can definitely recommend Party on Balloons for any special occasion.

Ordered the Hollywood Collection balloons for my son’s 21st birthday last week. They arrived on time as promised and extremely well packaged. Almost a week later, the balloons have not deflated and still look amazing! I cannot understand the negative comments other customers have made. I can fully appreciate their frustrations, but this is something out of the senders hands.

I also placed a second order for a friend at work, and cannot wait for her collection of balloons in rose gold to arrive next week for her 50th. She will be so surprised!

I have already highly recommended this company to my friends and colleagues, and I will continue to use them for future orders.

Order arrived on the date requested. Balloon was lovely and exactly as described . Love the feature on the website that allows you to fully customise your balloon. Daughter loved it.

25th March its was confirmed a 11am delivery 31st March for my girlfriends birthday. At 10.30am on the 31st they advised it will be delivered on 1st April to her place of work. She has the day off. The email also stated this change was at my request!!!! You joking!!!

I contacted DPD and Party on Ballons stating this is unacceptable. Especially when I received confirmation on 30th March that the delivery would be 31st.

The balloon has Happy Birthday on it. What, you think I want that a day late do you????

Shocking... outsource to make sure its delivered on time. Why have I paid for a delivery that wont/can't happen. Its pissed me off as it makes the gift redundant. The point was to open it at work in front of people, so it's fun. Not open it a day late at home alone.

The balloon deflated within a matter of hours of me opening the box. The website (in their FAQ’s) clearly state the shelf life of the balloon is approximately 2 weeks. However the quality of the balloon was not as stated and it deflated rapidly. Absolutely shocking quality.

The company does not guarantee the quality of the product beyond delivery which is absolutely bizarre. In fact the owner of the company and also the customer service representative had the audacity to suggest I had deliberately or indirectly caused the balloon to deflate rapidly. POOR POOR customer service.

Reply to the below: the balloon was opened 24 hours after the delivery date. A further 12 hours later the balloon had deflated.

The balloon essentially had a shelf life of less than 36 hours. This is unacceptable, clearly.

The company is refusing to stand behind its poor quality balloons as you can see from the reply.

I Recommend anyone in the same position and reading this review to raise a dispute with your banks or PayPal as hopefully they will see past this nonsense!

My mum was over the moon with the balloons I sent her. Easy to order, no complications. Her surprise came on the day I requested. Would definitely use this company again.

We ordered a balloon filled bubble balloon with a message on for my son’s 1st birthday. It arrived the day before his birthday as planned and we were absolutely thrilled with it! It’s been over a week now & it still looks as good as it did when it arrived. Great service and a great product.
