Have been using Pathfinder FX for around 8 years. The Dashboard is really great, and I am able to do my own FX transactions, see the exact amount I will receive when selling one currency and buying another one. I am able to make a payment to the desired account, and have always seen better rates than anywhere else. I know their rates are the best, as they usually reflect wholesale rates.
In the few times I needed to speak to someone in the office, I have the personal telephone numbers of the two main guys, Gareth and Adam, who are always available, professional and get things done very quickly. A breath of fresh air from all the other retail FX places who make you speak to someone in another country !

The web platform is straightforward to use, confirmations and receipts are sent, immediately a currency payment is confirmed. If any issues are encountered, Gareth and Tom are always helpful and responsive.
There are lots of ways to transfer funds internationally using differnt websites without talking to anybody. Pathfinder provide a personalised service where you talk to somebody who knows what they are talking about and can help you with your transfer. I have found this interaction invaluable and increases confidence and security. The tranfer of completed funds was timely and without issue.

Incredible service. I needed to make a same day payment in euros to an account in Italy. Even though I made contact with Pathfinder after midday the transaction was processed and completed with funds in the recipients bank account before close of play. I also got a much better rate than my previous supplier.
