I reached out to Pathway Mortgage after I could not find help anywhere else. I had gone into pre foreclosure after not working due to an unexpected health emergency. Not only did the help me keep my home, but they helped get a lower mortgage payment. They stood beside me and walked me through the whole process. I totally recommend this company to anyone who needs an advocate in the struggle to keep their home!

I want to thank The Retention Group. After a dirty divorce, I was finding it almost impossible to pay my alimony and child support, rent for my ex-wife and my mortgage along with major credit card debt. I reached out to the Retention Group and they had me explain my situation. They did not coach me; they did not judge me. They simply went to work with my lender to stop me from foreclosure. I was so far behind on my mortgage that my lender would no longer accept payments until I could get up to date but was thousands behind and falling even further. The Retention Group saved me. They worked with my lender and got me approved for a program to forebear all my debt and rolled it to the back end of the mortgage, essentially extending the life of the loan. Then they got my lender to approve a modification loan reducing my payment by hundreds of dollars a month. The process was simple and never felt embarrassing, weekly updates, two-way communication until resolved. Thank you, Retention Group. You have literally saved me from homelessness.

All I can say is, Thank God for these guys! I was on the brink of losing my home and I came across this company. They helped me every step of the way and kept me informed about what was going on behind the scenes. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with, were friendly and knowledgeable.
