well...? I haven't received the table, yet, and I haven't heard boo from the company...it was supposed to be coordinated/delivered by tomorrow, I think?

We're still waiting! .....

We are still waiting to receive our order.

Very disappointed that the delivery service refused delivery to our neighborhood because he thought his truck was too big!

Restoration Hardware and other delivery services regularly deliver large furniture items routinely without issue.

The whole experience was great

excellent customer support

Having direct contact with Patio Pelican people via email to help track shipping was extremely helpful. Your costumer support is excellent, responsive and effective! The SHOP app, which I was directed to use following my purchase for tracking, is not effective and is very frustrating. I hope to avoid using that app ever again!

Umbrella was not as described

Umbrella was not as described. It does not pivot in all directions. It tilts, so it does not work for my space and I cannot return.

I had a wonderful experience with Patio Pelican

I had a wonderful experience with Patio Pelican in putting together an order for a Struxure Cabana X. Ashleigh and her team were responsive and helpful. They provided a lot of information to help me decide between that and a different Pergola I was considering, and even helped me customize a solution that wasn’t quite evident from the internet was available. Finally, their quote came in better than what I’d found elsewhere, and also lower to what I had been expecting. They will be my first stop for my backyard going forward.

What a breath of fresh air!

What a breath of fresh air! Exceptional customer service is, unfortunately, rare these days. However, this is not the case with the team of Patio Pelican. I placed an order for a daybed, and I accidentally selected a pillow that wasn't the same color. They caught that, called, and emailed to verify. I live in MX and it would have been so disappointing, weeks to return and exporting fees upwards of 42% to send and receive a new item, but they didn't allow this to happen. I totally will continue to support this business and share it with my circle. Here's to hoping the delivery is just as exceptional. Cheers Patio Pelican...you are doing it so right! I hope your business increases 100 fold!

Great Pergola's

Beautiful pergolas, we bought 3 and my husband and son were able to install. I am giving only 4 stars because I feel communication with Patio Pelican should have been a lot better. They were not very clear on what they were calling "leg extensions". After receiving our 3 pergolas we then learned what they were calling extensions were actually longer legs. Had to place another order for longer legs.
