I placed a significant order with Patiolife.uk, which has been paid for in full. Since then I have received no further communication from the company, despite multiple attempts to follow up by both email and telephone. Calls go unanswered and emails receive no response.
This is a completely unacceptable standard of service. I have paid for goods that have not been delivered, and the company has made no effort to explain the delay, provide a revised timeline, or offer a refund. Based on my experience, I believe this pattern of behaviour warrants investigation by the relevant authorities, including Trading Standards, the Advertising Standards Authority and Citizens Advice consumer service, to determine whether other customers have been affected in the same way.
I would urge anyone considering placing an order with this company to proceed with extreme caution.
