They sent me a tracking number and tracked my package all the way frome Rome, Italy to Sonoma and then magically my package disappeared. They refunded my money but only after emailing me that they were ON VACATION and that I would have to wait 5 days. Never emailed me back and the money was automatically refunded. Which means that my package was never sent out because it would still be en route to me as you can't cancel shipping once it's on its way. Scam website don't use it.

Total scam. After not receiving the order for MONTHS and having to complain, I finally got a replacement that is nothing more than a cheap plastic cutout and looks NOTHING like what is advertised.

Scam site. I ordered the Stevie Nicks suncatcher, which was advertised as stained glass. What came was a cheap 3D printed piece of plastic with stickers attached to it. I tried to contact their customer support which said the correct item was shipped, and they offered me $7 to go away. Do not order from this site.

It's a scam site, don't waste your time, or money, unfortunately if you're on here you may already have. They will send you items of what you ordered, but it will be pictures printed on paper and pasted on to som plasticard

THEY ARE A SCAM!! All the positive reviews all say the same thing! “Gadget” and “sleek design”. WHAT? I ordered something months ago and STILL don’t have it! They (we all know it’s auto generated) said “we are contacting the carrier” about 5 times now. They’ve NEVER provided a tracking number even though I ask for it each time.

I ordered for a product on May 8th and today June 16th I'm still waiting for it. I wrote to them several times for a refund and all they give me is a fake tracking number and they avoid to refund my money back. Terrible. Totally they are a scam. Be aware!!!

The single star is for their prompt replies. Ordered two sets of ‘pine cone flickering led candles with remote’ each set comprising of two candles. Eventually arrived, false shipping tracking given because their link said being shipped from the USA when in fact the shipping was from China. The candles are smaller and of an inferior quality from the ones advertised on their website, do not flicker and no remote.Patriotbrial insist that there is no problem with my order and have offered me a $3 refund or $6 if I pay at my own expense for them to be returned to their warehouse in China
