Patriot crew sent 2xl instead of xl shirts and returned my call within 24 hours and are shipping out new shirts. I was disappointed and due to other reviews I never thought they would fix it. I am so happy to say, I was wrong. They are taking care of me and I could not be more thankful. They are the only shirts I wear. Thank you patriot crew, I will buy more and more and more. You guys are fantastic.

I’ve emailed you twice. I gave you a chance to respond. When I ordered my shirts, I saw all of your ads saying $109 for six and a free T-shirt at the time when I finally ordered wether I hit the wrong add or not? Not only did I not get a free T-shirt , I was charged $219 for the order of six T-shirts. In my email I said just send me six more shirts and will call it even which would still be more than what you’re asking for those shirts now. I will be submitting for a refund and sending the shirts back. The sad part is I actually love the shirts. But your PR department has dropped the ball on getting back to people.

Terrible! Should have read reviews here first. Exactly the same thing that happened to me happened to a lot of other people. Charge your credit card immediately, don’t get your product for over a month. Customer service nonexistent. Just sent my fourth email. Have never gotten a response from them.

Love the product but the service is awful. Wife ordered me several items for Christmas, but wrong items were sent. They don’t answer calls, they don’t respond to emails or any other messages. Order was placed on Black Friday a now here we are 3rd week of January and nothing, nada, zero correspondence regarding the issue. Unacceptable and totally unreliable, can’t be trusted, lost my business.

Placed an order before thanksgiving, took over 3 weeks to ship. Now it says delivered to a mailbox but does not give specific address of mailbox. They don't answer phone calls or emails so this will be the last time I ever order from them. Poor customer service, poor order fulfillment, poor inventory management just a poor company claiming American values and supporting military.

Ordered two shirts on December 13. They charged my credit card immediately. Then they sent me an e-mail on December 18 asking me "Did everything arrive okay?" But I got nothing. And the USPS Tracking number takes me to a message that THEY (USPS) are still waiting for the shirts to arrive so they can ship them. I have e-mailed several times and have called several times. No answer to either. I am afraid this is all a scam. Even if I get the shirts I will never order from them again. Other similar reviews mirror my experience -- I should have read them first.

worst customer service ever. It took me over a month to get my shirts. Then when I wanted to exchange the made it clear that it would take this much longer.

It’s been almost a month since ordering gifts for Christmas that never arrived. They took money day of order and got email they was processing. Never advanced past processing phase. They don’t return phone calls or emails. Save your money. Find a reputable patriotic company and give them your business.

Love the shirts, they fit great and when I didn’t receive my order they shipped a new one out to me immediately!

We never received our tee shirts. 171.00 down the drain. I called several times and left several messages asking if the tees would be here before or after Christmas. I never heard back. I’d advise anyone NOT TO purchase anything from them!

Terrible customer service. No pulse for their actual customers. Product was ok but shrinks to unwearable after one wash. They claim 5 stars on all their social media and yet they are clearly not. Soooo disappointed!

ordered it dec 5th havent heard anything exept how do i like my items when i never recieved any ,dont answer there phone or emails terrible company ,do not order from them, my credit card will reimburse me

Firstly, I like their shirts and my first two orders from them was satisfactory.
My most recent order 11/22 originally left a bad taste in my mouth when I noticed they had automatically charged me $10.00 for “shipping protection.”
I was emailed on 11/30 that my order had shipped. When checking tracking I noticed it said a label was created and USPS was awaiting package - it still says the same on 12/12!
I also received an email a few days ago asking how I liked my delivered items. Apparently, they don’t know they haven’t even sent my order to USPS yet?!
They continue to be all over social media aggressively selling shirts they apparently don’t even have!

I ordered on Nov 12th. Nov 13th got an email saying it was shipped but no update since then. Asked for refund no answer. Already filed a claim with credit card.

Won’t answer phone calls, email their support team to cancel my order and get a refund because it’s been in shipping status for for more than two weeks but I receive emails stating it has been shipped. They don’t read the entire emails you send them asking for a refund, they respond that the order has been shipped and provide a tracking number which states the product has not been pickup by the carrier. Starting to think this company is a complete scam and using veterans as a marketing avenue.

Total BS company! Order an item, placed it on standby, and the next thing I see is that I'm debited for it and it's being shipped, even though I DID NOT order it. Then customer DISservice gives me a bunch of BS about how sorry they are for "your" (me) misunderstanding.
The item arrives...a piece of JUNK, and even though it is label Patriot (yup, Patriot!) Crew, it's not even made in the USA (check the label).
This company is a TOTAL fraud!!

I am trying to return my order #355124 for a smaller size and have left numerous emails and phone message for Patriot Crew with NO response. Their Customer Service is pathetic! So disappointing!

Patriot Crew clearly has issues with shipping, inventory management, or both. We ended up canceling our orders (one of which we had paid extra for 2 day shipping) because they have still not even been received by USPS yet. Then to top it off, this morning we received an email from Patriot Crew asking us if our order was delivered as expected. LOL.
