I've bought a couple of PAUDIN products now, the 4-piece kitchen knife set and their pizza rocker, and I've been happy with both. The knives are very sharp, feel solid in the hand and look great. Their customer support has been good too: quick, friendly and easy to deal with. So far it's been a great experience, and I'd buy from them again.

Además, la experiencia de entrega fue muy buena, me ayudaron con la entrega para poder tenerlos antes y entregarlos a tiempo. Muy recomendados.

One of my favorite knifes broke while cleaning in the sink. Paudin answered immediatelly on my request. Within one week I had the replacement item. Good knife and excellent support.

Ich habe den Kundenservice von paudin angeschrieben und sie schicken mir ohne zu diskutieren 3 neue zu und das nach 7 Jahren, absoluter Wahnsinn. So einen guten Service sieht man nun wirklich kaum. Respekt, weiter so.

Placed an order on 30th September, was told the item I bought was out of stock and they offered me a replacement which turns out was also out of stock. I was then offered another alternative which I did not want and my last 3 emails have not been responded to.
I requested a refund which so far has not been responded to. Customer service is terrible and I have spent a lot of money on a knife set which remains a myth.

Not good customer service, wouldn’t recommend buying from them direct. I think I have been swindled.

These are the sharpest knives I've ever owned. I won't place them in the dishwasher bin because I'm afraid they will make holes through the plastic. I always hand wash them and put them back in the block right away.

Had Paudin knifes for years and always enjoyed using them. The wooden handle of one of the knifes split after 4 years and I got in contact with Paudin asking whether anything could be done with the knife handle and they sent a replacement within about a week without any hassle. Unexpected but well appriciated service

Incredible look and feel to these knives. I got the 3 knife set, came in a display box, crazy sharp. I’m losing the dexterity in my hands due to an injury but these knives make my life so much easier. They have good weight to them, solid build but look so fancy. The big block will be my next purchase.

These are amazing. Extremely sharp. Love the way the knives are stored in the wooden holder. Display them with pride. They are so nice that I feel guilty using them sometimes because I don't want to accidentally mess them up lol. Have gotten multiple compliments on them for the sharpness and beauty.
