Initial delivery was 'lost' by Evri. I rang Paula Bolton to enquire and the response could not have been more positive. 1 investigative phone call from them and a re order was dispatched immediately. First class customer service. The jewellery items involved are superb.

As with other jewellery companies - I get taken in by the excellent photography. I felt let down when I opened my first purchase. The box packaging of one pair of earrings was indented. I like your designs generally, but they feel ‘light weight’. Disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your purchase. We have recently invested in a new range of bespoke packaging that includes a dedicated postal box and should ensure there are no dents in any jewellery boxes in the future.
