Exceptional conveyancing staff
I recently instructed Jenna Gall in relation to the purchase of my freehold, I’ve used Jenna and the conveyancing department in the past and they’ve always been nothing short of exceptional, on this occasion Jenna managed to negotiate a reduction in terms of one of the restrictive covenants despite the freeholder previously indicating they wouldn’t budge! Quick and Simple Sale of a Property
The assistance in the sale of a property was effortless with the help of Matty and Annie. Both were so helpful and kept us informed throughout. Matty is brilliant
Matty is brilliant. Fast, efficient and makes things happen at a time to suit his clients. Other solicitors I have used in the past require constant chasing. This never happened once with Matty. He can make conveyancing happen very fast if that’s what you want.

Despite this being a protracted and, at times, awkward procedure Matthew and the team did not fail to keep the whole deal moving forward and I am most grateful to them for this.

I am extremely impressed by how organised the team are who dealt with my case, despite how obviously busy they are. Everything had been dealt with Professionally, throughly and in a timely manner. Sale and purchase of house was conducted by Nicola Stevenson .
She was a real professional kept me updated at all times and dealt with any issues that came up ( and there were a few) in an effective and calm manner .Although I know she was under a lot of pressure at end of march due to price increases I felt like she took everything in her stride and I always had every confidence that she would meet completion date.
