I can't find any emails from you with the email address provided, did you contact us directly on helpdesk@pavers.co.uk or did you reply to our no-reply order information emails?

The tracking for this order says that it was delivered on the 4th of January. I am going to resend the tracking information that came with the despatch email we sent you.

Please check this, you can then reply to that email that I send if you have further questions.

My order never shipped

My order never shipped, and I emailed quite a few times and was even told it was in transit. I finally just asked for a refund 2-3 weeks after it was supposed to deliver.

purchased a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. arrived Like, January 5th. no follow up, no apology. I understand shipping problems happen especially now, but even when i contacted customer service for some resolve i got no reponse. So yeah, probably won't buy from again.

Hi Benjamin,

I am very sorry that the order didn't arrive in time for Christmas, as advertised on the website deliveries to the US are estimated at 7 working days and that "Please note, delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. We will endeavour to get your items delivered within the timescales quoted. Delivery times are quoted in working days - which are Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays."

Therefore, the delivery was unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas from the date that you purchased it. It would have needed to have been ordered earlier for Christmas delivery.

When you contacted to cancel the order we were unable to due to it being on the way to you, my colleague advised this to you in their response to your email on the 27th of December.

I placed an order for three pair of…

I placed an order for three pair of shoes on November 30, 2021. Today is January 4,2022 and I still haven’t received the shipment. I have been charged for the items but nothing to show for it. Very flustered with the service of this company.

I am disappointed in PAVERS

I am disappointed in PAVERS. I ordered a pair of 10.5W Snow Boots and received a pair of size 10. They were not WIDE. Your delivery service is far to slow. If you're going to sell in the U.S, you should have a Stock in the U.S.
NOW, having said the above, I will keep the boots as, luckily, they do fit and the workmanship is excellent.
I thought you would want to know.

I am very happy with the shoes.

I am very happy with the shoes. They are pretty, high quality, very comfortable and affordable. I got two pairs so I got free shipping.
I did not pay extra for fast delivery so the shipment took 20 days to arrive in the USA. I got them on time for X-Mas!

Too late and too little

My husband asked for Flyflot slippers for Christmas. He needed size 11. I could not find size 11 so I ordered 10.5 Wide. The slippers finally arrived on December 28th (3 days after Christmas) but, they are sized 10 (44) not Wide and don't fit. I am not happy with the purchase at all.

Very cute!

The shoes arrived in good time. They were excellent quality and look like they would cost much more. I have only worn them for a day so can not attest to durability. They are very comfortable and supportive.

Well fitting and comfortable, a pleasing and classic contemporary design

On first opening I found the boots pleasing to my design sensibilities offering a contemporary and classic utilitarian design. I was enthused that the boots came from a UK company as I have started getting in to ancestry and it was a pleasant surprise on Christmas. I figured that explains that the pattern does not line up on the lateral seam of the left boot. Initially and sort of still wanting a leg’s boot, and not fitting well with ankle boots before I was pleased that these have a comfortable fit, just snug to my foot, and walking in them I was pleased to walk normally and comfortably, and my foot toasty and comfortable in the 0 celsius 32 Fahrenheit. Overall I am more pleased than expected at the price and quality.

i love your shoes

i love your shoes. little by little i will get all of them. shipping takes alitllte long but with the holidays i understand. hopefully when all settles down it wont be as long to arrive. other than that all is good.

Slip on clogs & slippers

I purchased the black slip on clogs and 2 Melodie slippers. The clogs, I have purchased the blue ones in the past and love them. I wear them all of the time, so when I saw them on sale, I had to get the black ones. The Melodie slippers I purchased for my daughters and they like them, very comfortable.
