Went with my father in law to collect a car, lovely guys and very helpful. Cute little office appears to be lots of cars for sale. Would never of known it was here but will definitely keep in mind for my own future cars.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Pavilion Motors. There were some issues with the bonnet release mechanism after purchase and a fluid leak that needed investigating, which was understandably frustrating.

However, the team kept in contact, supplied a courtesy vehicle when needed, ordered new genuine parts rather than used replacements, and ultimately arranged for the repairs to be completed. They also worked to get me booked in sooner when there were delays with parts and availability.

While the process took longer than I had hoped, I appreciate the effort made to resolve the issues and get the vehicle repaired. Thank you to the team for seeing it through.

Yesterday i was buy ford fiesta 2015. They’re unprofessional behaviour staff and manager. They sold me a car with puncher tyres. Inside Ac Box noisy sound. I got back they’re behaving like is common issue they saying car coming like this condition. The wind screen Pump not working. Engine oil not changed. Wind screen wipers old damage is not cleaning properly and inside many part not perfectly fitting many parts screws still loose then I fixed by myself.

I was went pavilion car shop by showing their ads. But reality is totally different. Behaving like there not serious. If this bad condition if u want buy then buy otherwise many people waiting for buy their comments like this.
And they saying themselves best expart car selling brand. They just charge 150 for nothing. It’s just like scam with customer.
Giving long long advance features advance Car, advance car service description. But in the reality 0% advance.

To be honest if in future anyone want to buy car. Don’t believe in picture of ads and Dont believe Car description. Check every parts of the car then buy.

Because they don’t care people emotions and people money. They just bluffing and try to sold a scrap damage cars.

My opinion to New future customers Think and think then decide.

I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and feel compelled to warn others about my experience.

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from them, but during checks and discussions it became clear that the car had several faults which were not properly disclosed at the start. This immediately raised concerns about transparency and the overall quality of the vehicles being sold.

A trustworthy dealership should be open about a car’s condition and ensure vehicles are properly inspected before offering them to customers. Instead, I was left feeling that important issues were only uncovered at the last moment, which could have cost me a great deal of money and stress had I gone through with the purchase.

Because of this, I chose not to proceed with the sale. While I am relieved I avoided a problematic vehicle, the experience itself was frustrating and left me with little confidence in this dealership’s standards or honesty.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from here to carry out very thorough checks and proceed with caution.
