I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The item was advertised with “risk‑free returns” and UK‑wide shipping, which gave the clear impression that returns would be handled within the UK. Only after requesting a return was I told it had to be sent back to China at my own expense, something never disclosed before purchase.

The product arrived with no instructions, no health or safety guidance, and no troubleshooting information. The “personalised plan” that formed part of the sales promise was never provided, despite me repeatedly checking spam and chasing for it.

When I tried to resolve the functionality issues through their AI assistant (as directed), it couldn’t even recognise the controller model, making support impossible. Customer service responses were slow, repetitive, and failed to address the actual problems I raised.

Overall, this feels like mis‑selling, poor support, and a return process that is nowhere near “risk‑free.” I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Swift delivery, great explanations, and my son is loving the mat! Purchased it as a gift, and he couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service too - instant response and helpful information.

Ordered red light mat by mistake and immediately contacted customer service to request a cancellation. They said they would cancel however 48 hrs later I received an email to say shipped. They then provided return address to china which is down to buyer to pay for signed delivery!! Utter disgrace and poor customer service.
