PAWFECTPUP Avis

Amazing! It’s so wonderful to find products that exceed expectations on all levels. Not only do they do the job well, they smell divine and, most importantly for me, are safe to use. The icing on this huge, delicious cake - the owners are lovely people who truly care.

Love your ear and eye cleanser!
Smells great and so delicate.
Easy to order , prompt delivery with love and care!

I bought the happy pup car diffuser and refill at the bath and west on the Saturday... its now Tuesday and what a difference it has made. i am full time dog walker and i understand each dog has their own quirks. in particular one dog who does not like it when i leave the van for drop off and pick up, he barks constantly but today there was no noise he was super chill waiting patiently for his turn. will definitely be repurchasing.

Was lucky enough to purchase a product at a Christmas fair and meet the lovely owners.
I noted they made a natural tick repellent so wanted to order online before the season is upon us.
Product arrived well packaged and delivered quickly.
Great natural organic products for your four legged friends.

I initially came across Pawfect Pup at a dog show and bought a few bits...... absolutely love the products. The shampoo bars are so easy to use and much better than any shampoo I have used on my pooches in the past, they lather up and smell wonderful. Would most definitely recommend Pawfect Pups products and will not got back to buying any other shampoos

Excellent item, dispatched and received quickly

I met these fabulous people at the Game Fair in July 2025. A rainstorm shuffled me into their stand and I am so very happy it did as I left with lots of treasures to try out..! The detangler spray smells amazing and really works and I loved the Christmas scent too.
I need to reorder more detangler and other bits and bobs.
Customer service and response time is top notch and they are so helpful ❤️
A small business that truly deserves a big shout out..!

I found Pawfect Pups at a Christmas market selling their products, I am a dog groomer and like to try new brands. I purchased the happy pup detangler and its brilliant, works wonders on knots and smells amazing! I have since ordered online the larger bottle and a couple of other products which are also great (eye and ear cleanser and moisturising balm). Customer service was very helpful with my query and email answered quickly. Highly recommend!

My dog Forest recently had very inflamed and soar back paws both on his paws pads and inbetween his toes. He was excessively licking and uncomfortable by them. Enough to have to put him into cone jail!

After a few days of using the miracle that is the 'Pawfect Pup soothing balm' I am delighted to say the inflammation has calmed down and no more aggravation or problem with his paws.

Another fantastic product from pawfect pup that I am so glad to have on hand for things such as this.

Thank you so much from one very happy, relieved and pain free Lab and his mum ❤️

Ordered a bandanna for my dog. It arrived within days and was exactly what I had hoped for. Perfect.

These products have been a game changer for me and my dog George.

I previously spent hundreds of pounds on trips to the vet to deal with an itchy skin condition. I was given antibiotics, steroid creams and all sorts and nothing worked the problem persisted.

I met Carol at bark in the park and tried her soothing balm and coke conditioning spray

After only five applications, I noticed a huge difference and the so itchy skin condition. George was suffering with had almost entirely vanished.

Wonderful products and worth every penny

I met the Pawfect Pup team at Paws in the Park on Sunday and they were so friendly and helpful. They recommended their soothing balm for my dog’s sore, red feet, and I’m honestly amazed at how quickly it’s worked! Since using it, the redness has gone down and my dog has completely stopped licking his paws. You can tell how much care and thought has gone into their products, and the team were so lovely to chat to as well. I’d definitely recommend Pawfect Pup to anyone looking for natural, effective products for their dogs.

I've recently started using PAWFECTPUP and I am obsessed with their products! The soap is amazing and makes the coat very clean, so easy to rinse it off as well. I love the cologne spray and I have a lot of amazing feedbacks from my clients saying that their dog smells delicious! I highly recommend all of the products!

Visited frenchie fest earlier in the year with my two frenchies, one of which has a very crusty nose and discovered this wonderful local business whilst there.Very knowledgeable and helpful,no hard sell just friendly and easy to talk to.We tried the frenchie wrinkle and fold balm, which in all honesty made a difference in a very short time, although I didn't buy the product at time I have since placed an order which I received today, beautifully packaged and with a personal note from Carol,I have tried products from other makers on recommendation but must say they haven't come close to pawfect pup,I will continue to use as long as I have my girls, many thanks to Carol and pawfect pup

Pawfect pup have been stall holders at New Forest Frenchie Fest for the second year running, and our only vendor selling grooming products as the quality is unbeatable! Handmade natural products which are safe and come beautifully packaged. We bought the nose and wrinkle balm for our Frenchie Bruce and it is easy to apply and has made such a difference to his dry and flaky ears. Thank you! Can’t recommend enough! 🐾 🌟

Pawfect Pup is a fantastic local business. I ordered one of Pawfect's "Amore" paw and nose balms in time for Valentine's Day as a treat for my two fur babies and they both loved them! Their products are lick safe too which is great, as my puppy loved the taste! Carol was also fantastic and so quick and friendly. Will definitely be ordering again soon x

Excellent service

I cannot believe what a miracle the pawfect pups soothing balm is! My Cavachon was suffering with incredibly itchy skin, gnawing at herself and making herself sore. We spent £120 at the vet and still didn’t manage to stop the itch. She had been constantly wearing a cone to prevent her from eating herself. That was until I met the pawfect pups team! They were so helpful and quickly able to suggest the right product. After just one application the cone was off, Harley was much calmer and not irritated at all by her skin. Only a week later and we are still cone free. Could not recommend another product as much as this one. Try it you will not be disappointed!

We used the soothing pup balm after contacting pawfect pup for a recommendation. She was super super helpful and really patient with me! Our pup Winston had such sore paws over the autumn months. They’re all healed up now and we continue to use the balm every day. I love that everything is natural and organic.

A fabulous little business, with fabulous products and a lovely creator,
I am blown away with the experience I received when purchasing from this amazing business, I purchased 11 small candle jars as Christmas gifts for people and they arrived in the most beautiful little red eco friendly hessian bags which really finished them off lovely!
I just know the people I am gifting them for will love them as much as I do, and the best part being that they are dog friendly!!
Thank you so much for a wonderful first experience and I shall definitely be purchasing more soon,
