My dog ate the powder for a week and it helped with eye stain. Unfortunately he won’t touch food with even a speck of the stuff in it, I bought three bags and I’ll probably have to throw them away.

Unfortunately my dog didn't do well on the product,but I must say their customer service is excellent. No problem with the return. Very easy. I hope in the future to purchase other products for my dog from them.

3 stars because it's really helping my dogs. Customer service SUCKS!! I was charged, shipment not sent. I email, no response. Then all the sudden out of nowhere I get emails saying my orders were cancelled when I did not cancel them. I want my product or my money back!

I ordered the product / didn’t receive it / sent email / didn’t get answer/ was charged any way /reordered product again / didn’t receive it / sent email / didn’t get answer again / was charged again. Ordered twice, charged twice, never got confirmation notice ( but was charged twice )
How does that happen? I heard you have a great product but seem to have some problems delivering the product ( no problem charging ).

I never received my purchase and it took 30 days for a response about my purchase. Horrible customer service. Staffing issues is not a consumers problem. If you cannot fill orders, stop taking orders. I did finally receive a heartfelt apology 30 days after my purchase. I am still waiting on a refund.

I tried these because my dog licks, scratches and shakes her head alot. Also, her hair is very thin and is missing in places. So far, she likes the taste of them but I haven't seen much change and I am into my second container.

On top of the shipping issues there was poor communication from the company. Unfortunately my dogs won’t eat them. I’ve emailed, but I haven’t received a response back about them refunding our purchase.

I thought it took a little long on shipping the product...

These vitamins made my dog very sick. I sent a message using their chat feature and no one ever responded.

My dog won't go near these PawPlex vitamins. They're completely useless to me and my older dog. He has all of his teeth and chews well. He just hates the flavor.

My dogs like this. The softness allows you to hide pills inside if your dogs are on medication. I find it better than the powder which sometimes clumps on the bottom of their food bowls and does not get ingested.

My pup loves it. Haven't seen a difference but I will continue to use it

My one dog refuses to take them and other dog will eventually take them.

Customer experience is efficient and consistent. It was super easy to sign up.
