Hi Carole, thanks for your review - we really appreciate it! We do try and offer a range of products at different price points so that eco-friendly options are available for anyone's budget. As much as we would love to be able to offer free delivery, unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to survive as a business if we absorbed this cost. We will take your feedback onboard though and hope this doesn't put you off returning to shop with us in the future.

I bought this as a gift for my sister's dog - the dog absolutely loved it from opening it in the package to completely pulling it apart within 48 hours! Great fun for them.

Paws&Planet Dog toys
Just received my order from Paws & Planet, I ordered Dave the Dolphin and Toby the Teddy. They came very fast considering they were ordered over the Christmas and New Year period, the packaging was a easily recycled brown envelope that also came with a hand written note which was lovely. The toys themselves seem well made and of much better quality than toys you could buy from pets at home for a similar price. I am getting a new puppy next month and wanted to test the quality before giving them to him, my current dog is a extreme power chewer who makes short work of ‘ indestructible’ toys and would probably made short work of them if left unsupervised, I will be ordering him some more of the ‘tough’ dog toys they have for supervised play as overall very happy with the quality. My only complaint is when I cut the tag from Toby teddy it left a small hole in the back of his head, you can barely see it but eventually small puppy teeth may find it, the label would probably benefit from being put in his ear instead. Overall very happy, received regular updates from the company and it was delivered by Royal Mail, will definitely order again.

Fantastic customer service
Customer service is absolutely excellent, the personal touch made such a difference. I’m really happy with my purchases too, it’s so great to find eco-friendly pet toys and accessories. My items were a gift but I’ve told everyone I know to buy from here!

I bought my dog a few toys and treats for Christmas, they turned up super fast and packaged well in recyclable materials. Wonderful experience can't wait to buy from them again!

Lovely products and eco packaging. Would have given 5 stars if the end of the rope toy had been bound so that it lasted just a little longer. I have been back to thier site and bought even more dog toys.

Excellent Customer Service
I received an excellent service from Paws & Planet. I re-ordered some 'poo' bags which were unfortunately 'lost' by Hermes. Jess at Paws & Planet could not have been more helpful and the order was replaced and arrived safely. Couriers are overwhelmed at the moment and things do get lost in transit but it's not often than you get such excellent customer service from a seller. Thank you Jess and Paws & Planet.

Very happy with my products and the eco-friendly packaging. I paid the delivery charge and have deducted one star as Hermes was used to deliver, who are frankly a nightmare.

It's a shame that our choice of courier was enough reason to deduct a star from our review, especially given that the parcel arrived with you without any issues but we do appreciate the feedback.
We are actually in the process of setting up our business account with Royal Mail, however, as we're a very new business and are still working our full-time jobs as well as doing this, we chose Hermes in the meantime as they collect the parcels from us which is extremely handy as our work hours mean that we are unable to get to the post office every day.
We hope you understand our reasoning and we hope to welcome you back to our site again in the future.
