The folks @ Paws Pet Travel really took a lot of the stress & any guesswork out of what was going to be required while my wife and I were recently organising our relocation to the United States, accompanied by our 125lb Boxer dog, Dexter. We got thru all the vet paperwork, shots & records, and final check of the export/import paperwork at their contact in Dover the day before our departure from the U.K., to be certain that we were all ready to go the distance. We made it safely across the water and to our final destination, in Dallas, Texas with a relaxed, happy dog and far less grey hairs than we would have worked up if we’d been left to figure it all out for ourselves! We can’t thank everyone involved with the process enough, and especially want to recognise Lynda, Paw’s owner, for her personal touch, her expert knowledge of her field, and her organisation’s efficient operation during the build up to & the travel time to our new home! Dexter has never been happier and is in great spirits, enjoying his sunny new home every day! Many thanks to Lynda and her crew at Paw’s Pet Travels!

Top notch service and communication throughout the entire process. Lynda and Matt were so very accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
We were not the easiest group, with two pets 4 adults and an Airbnb rental that proved to be much further away than originally anticipated; nevertheless, no obstacle seems too great and they made what could have been an intimidating and frustrating arrival unbelievably smooth.
We felt very welcomed and taken care of.

It’s clear that she really loves animals and takes her responsibility seriously. She made sure my dog was comfortable, safe, and calm during the journey, and she was also very supportive and reassuring to me as an owner. That level of care makes such a difference.

I travelled from Charles de Gaulle Airport Paris to Shropshire with my dog with Paws Pet Travel. Matt, our driver was lovely. He knew all the procedures, so everything went really smoothly, which I’ve been a bit worried about but it was so easy. All the information from Lynda beforehand was also really helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this company to move your pets. An excellent service all round.

I could not be more grateful for my experience. Linda was very communicative and made sure I felt secure and knowledgeable about the process the entire time of planning. Matt, my driver, was kind, thoughtful, and a pleasure to be stuck in a car with. He was a great driver, and knew exactly where to go. I couldn’t have asked for a better driver.

I contacted this company when I was facing a crisis. My van had broken down in Europe and it was possible I wouldn’t be allowed to travel on the ferry I had booked (you have to get special permission to travel with a dog without a car). In the end, the ferry said yes, and although I didn’t end up using PPT, Lynda’s prompt response to my enquiry, care and attention to my plight did not go unnoticed. She clearly cares a lot about animals, and was so helpful in giving me estimates and ways of reducing the cost, should I need to employ them.

As I say although I didn’t use them, I still highly rate Lynda’s customer services and help. At a time when things were quite stressful for me, she provided a least some peace of mind and clarity of what my next best option would be.

They also offer a door to door service, which whilst it obviously costs more, again knowing you will be taken care of from wherever you are to wherever you need to be was another weight off my mind - my dog is large, so travelling by train and bus is quite difficult.

This is the second time I have used Paws Pet Travel for my cat and I can only recommend them whole heartedly. Lynda is friendly and efficient and the communication between her, me and Matt (the courier who is another star) was excellent. Whilst I had no issues at all, I did get the impression that Lynda would go above and beyond if there were unforeseen problems. Really great service, thank you!

From the first moment i contacted the level of service has been outstanding. Constant updates which was very nice and reassuring, very friendly amazing lady i would highly recommend and trust with any animal.

I can highly recommend Lynda. She was there when we needed just very short notice after a car accident in France. Excellent communication and help all throughout the process. Great service at a very stressful time.

Paws Pet Travel were great to work with! They were with my the whole journey, very communicative and were flexible and accommodating when my travel plans needed adjustment last minute due to delays with my pet's paperwork. 10/10 recommend and would use again.

My brother and his cat were relocating to Northern Ireland from London. It was a nightmare trying to find transport for them over the ferry until we found Paws Pet Travel. Very quick to respond and communication was always clear, purposeful, and timely. The car was really clean, service was excellent, driver was friendly and adaptable to road conditions (so much so, the cohort arrived earlier than anticipated despite a car accident blocking the motorway!). Updates were given during the journey too, so I felt at ease.
Would definitely recommend, worth the money to make sure the whole family could start a new chapter together.

Paws pet travel is one of the best transport services I have used. Helping me bring my two dogs from Paris to London via the euro tunnel, it was smooth easy and my dogs could stretch their legs and rest. Will be using their service every time!

Lynda went above and beyond to arrange short notice transport of my nephew’s cat. Everything was handled with impeccable efficiency and professionalism. She even called a couple of days later to check that the cat had settled well. I cannot thank her and the transport team enough. Paws Pet Travel deserves every one of their five stars.
