Please be careful and verify every card trsnsaction so the name matches the name of who ever is using it as your point was used today with a stolen card at 15:00 today

Hildenborough branch is useless
We have had the wrong drugs, the right ones on the wrong dose , some of the drugs resulting in 4 trips to fill one monthly batch. We even had someone else's Morphine which had mum taken it would have killed her , they are rude and arrogant , they have NEVER apologised and I have emailed head office and called them not even had a response

Incompetent and rude. The pharmacists frequently get the prescription wrong. When I point this out they never apologise and try to blame the GP. Recently one of them used an Islamophobic slur when I complained. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

No customer service from the man in there twice in a week he was really rude to me, couldnt fill my prescription just shouted at me to go back to my doctor, my doctors ask me what alternative was offered nothing so now I’ve got to drive to the hospital to get a new prescription whereas the chemist is at the top of my road will be changing chemist

What an absolute joke this place is!! Customer service means NOTHING to the dimwits who are supposed to serve customers.
I feel compelled to write this review as I have just got home after making the mistake of taking my prescription to them to dispense.
They served one customer before rudely ignoring me and walking out of the shop!
The pharmacist in the back could clearly see me waiting patiently for fifteen minutes but NOT ONCE acknowledged me!!
I left without my medication as I was so upset and angry to be treated in this way. Who do they think they are??

They are an absolute disgrace!
If I were you reading this I would go to the bigger pharmacy just up London road (Dover) next to The Spar.
Maybe if paydens had no customers they might improve their customer service!

Have to visit this place monthly to collect my wife's prescription. What an ignorant bunch of sorry faced mothers this lot are . Stood at counter for 6 minutes with out any one even acknowledging my existence & when i did finally get served they still managed to cock it up. Wont be using them any more!

What a useless organisation they run!
The messages hardly ever get answered at all. The App is a joke only works when the operate on the receiving end and sadly it does not.
You constantly got to chase up your prescription and delivered not in full and they have no clue where the missing items are.
The whole progress with delivery is malfunctioning not knowing when it comes and a card gets left but they cannot tell you which time they might come, you need to employ a doorman for their none functional service.
The App does not work on Windows but they can send to Android & Windows but you can reply only on Android, ok for healthy people with little fingers.
They had all the time through Covid-19 endemic to learn and to improve but it got worse than before.

Start doing your job properly, brainless imbeciles!

Turned up to my local Paydens in Tunbridge Wells at 1257 to pick up a prescription for a friend. Door was very firmly closed in my face with staff member pointing to typed up sign in door which said shop would be closed between 1300-1400 because of staff shortages. I pleaded to be let in but the staff member just walked away and refused to speak to me.

My wife called on 28/09/20 - 5:11pm. To confirm a Flu Jab Vaccination appointment at the Paydens branch in 134-136 Delce Road, Rochester, ME1 2DG, on 01/10/20.
Abdul answered and he needs a lesson on customer service, as my wife asked to confirm to whom she was speaking to, he initially refused to say his name and instead Abdul arrogantly said "I am the chemist here". My wife had to insist to confirm his name (Abdul).

Just because my wife speaks with a foreign accent, she shouldn't be treated that way!
