Terrible RISK department.

Great sales team
They make you jump through hoops to process a payment thru the risk department. BUT the risk department doesnt actually protect the merchant from risks. Ironically. They are there to lie to the merchants in order to protect themselves. Worst experience we have been through as a new company who thought that we could trust this company. They dont care to help you or protect you from fraud. They make you call them to process payments and speak the the RISK department but help prevent any potential fraud or high risk charges. AND then when the customer commits fraud they will lie and tell you your on your own.

Gabe was a great communicator

Gabe was a great communicator, understood my concerns, and quickly resolved them. He has outstanding follow-up. I could not be happier with Gabe, Kevin, and all of PayJunction customer support.

Unresponsive and bad support

Im convinced that all of these great reviews are lies. I submitted all of my documents, did the Plaid connection to my bank account and submitted a voided bank check then radio silence. Christofer Saldana Sandoval was my rep/underwriter and Diego my sales person and neither have called me back in over 1 week. Each time I call I am given a new excuse as to why there has been a delay. Its 2026, nothing takes over 1 week/3 weeks if you count when I started the process.

Sales is poor and unresponsive

PayJunction.com has been unresponsive and has my personal financially sensitive information without replying back. 0 out of 5 would not recommend.

Payjunction is fine but they are the frontend for Paysafe - BIG PROBLEM

I used Payjunction for years. The online portion works well and I was happy with the ease of use. However, they do business with Paysafe as their 'back end' and will not tell you that until you have problems. Payjunctions' customer service people were very helpful but Paysafe is a total nightmare, just scammers and criminals that will continue to steal your money regardless of attempts to cancel the account. So, unfortunately, until Payjunction is the front end of an honest company, its "guilt by association" - find another payment processor.

Thank you for your customer service, Will and Kevin have been very helpful, I was given clear explanation and guidance to right location, I was also provided information about concerns I had and feel more informed and confident in using payjunction in present and future endeavors.

Always so helpful and QUICK

Always so helpful and QUICK! They wait on me more than I wait on them. They check in often to be sure everything is ok until its resolved!
Lately its been Will, Mike and Gabby helping me!!

The BEST Customer Service (and the Easiest Integration!)

Our medical office has used PayJunction for ~10 years and they have always been incredibly helpful when we've had to call them. One time, in all those years, we had an issue with the bill cycle or something and they worked with us to ensure that we were happy and we didn't feel like we were getting taken advantage of.

I recently saw that they had a payment integration for our EMR software, Dr. Chrono, and Lara Beesley scheduled a Zoom with me to get it installed. Greg Hull?/Hall? (sorry forgot his last name) was also on the Zoom. She got it installed, customized to what we were needing for our practice, went through all my questions and customized it some more. It has made PayJunction and our EMR so seamless I am already getting it put in at the other doctors' office I work at. The fees are cheaper than other payment systems, it is SO EASY to use, it is customizable, and the customer service get 10/10 absolutely recommend! Thank you, Lara, Greg, Kevin, and the PayJunction team for being such a helpful company and one I would rather use than anything else.
