Misleading promises, zero delivery, and no refund
This has been one of the most frustrating and misleading experiences I’ve had with a payment processor.
From the very first onboarding call, I was explicitly told that Google Pay and Apple Pay were already available. This was a decisive factor for me — they knew I wouldn’t move forward without it, yet they still chose to give false information just to secure my payment.
After paying, the story completely changed. Every time I asked when these payment methods would be available, I was told “around two weeks.” This excuse was repeated over and over again with zero progress, until it eventually became clear that these features were not available at all.
This is, in my opinion, nothing short of deceptive business practice. Promising key features to close a deal and then failing to deliver — while continuing to delay with empty timelines — is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I’m also being denied a refund, despite the fact that the service does not match what was promised.
Overall, this feels like legalized scamming: technically within the rules, but completely unethical in practice. I strongly advise others to stay away.
