PBF helped us with a very challenging project repairing a cracked and disintegrated cast pipe running within the wall of our clients pub. They provided un blockage and re lining works with challenging access over a third story pitched roof and completed the job successfully and on budget regardless of the extra issues we faced. We will most definatly be using these guys again and I urge you to too!

We had a bad smell in our kitchen and blocked sewage pipe 2 yrs ago which was cleared by another firm who ripped us off. The bad smell remained so we decided to get PBF Drainage in to survey our drains. They did a thorough survey - found the cause of the bad smell (now fixed) and identified cracked pipes and root invasions. I was quoted for root clearance and patch fixes and provided with an excellent survey report with pictures and videos of the problems. Despite having additional work to do above the 1st quote they only charged for the original amount and provided a comprehensive post-works survey. At all times I found the whole team highly professional, courteous, punctual and informative. Will and Matthew doing the works are a credit to your company.

PBF Drainage Services stepped in when I was let down by another drainage company, to repair a break in my drain and cap off redundant drainage. The solution they proposed was much less invasive than that proposed by the other company, as it did not involve digging up my front garden or going on to the neighbouring property.
