PBN LTD Hosting Avis 

I have been using PBN for a little over a year now. Customer support has been excellent , sites load very fast and I have have noticed improved rankings since switching to them as my hosting provider.
I have also brought some of their back link packages, specifically for AI visability and have received nothing but excellent SEO advice from them leading to serious improvements in rankings for my money site.
Would I recommend them, definitely as cannot fault them. In particular Nia has been an absolute godsend in terms of hosting support and SEO advise

Customer Service Is Bad!
Send Ticket for issues the problem and not replying and help to fix it after 4-5 hours.
When Chat to customer service they always pretending to be right and says will not helping when customers critics and being rude. Hahahaha, funny, for sure im mad because the problem adding domain should need 5-7 hours and no reply from the team? This Hosting provider should hire a good customers service that know to handle customers and their needs tho!

I have been using PBN LTD for about 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of service, the stellar customer support and the pricing. I have had several issues crop up with my PBN sites over the years and every time I sent in a support ticket I got a response within 1-2 hours. Footprint free and great service response time

Very good experience with pbn.ltd. I had too move 200 pbn sites, and after looking at how cheap their service was, i signed up. Overall amazing service from the staff who even helped me migrate the sites from my other hosting free of charge, and I'm loving how easy the dashboard is to use.

I host all of my guest post websites with pbn ltd. They make it very easy for me to manage them. And I know they are very safe when hosted here. Before on my old host I have a lot of malware problems. But here I have none and peace of mind that I have daily malware scans for free.

The best PBN hosting services and very fantastic service

Signed up for an account and setup one Wordpress site.

Tested it with GTmetrix and the server was extremely slow off and on. Contacted PBN.Ltd and they blamed our wordpress site with no plugins and nothing really setup on it. They had no other explanation and didn't look into it at all.

I moved the Wordpress site to another web host and the slow server issues were solved, so it was definitely the web host and not our simple Wordpress site.

PBN.LTD uses an outdated version of PHP 7.4. The latest version at this time is PHP 8.2

I asked for a refund under their 30 day money back guarantee and they refused to give me a refund.

After 3 emails asking for a refund all being refused, I told them if I don't get a refund I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and leave them a bad review. Their support replied and accused me of trying to blackmail them, refused to give a refund and told me they would not reply to me again.

The company terminated my account for asking for a refund so I don't have access to the service and they still won't give me a refund.

Plus the IPs are shared and if Google blacklists a IP from another site it could delist your site too.

After posting this review, the owner of PBN.ltd retaliated by posting defamatory reviews online about my company claiming I gave him malware and sent him abusive messages on Linkedin (I don't even know the owner's real name), he accused me of calling him names that never happened.

The owner claims to be in Estonia according to his Trustpilot account.

He claims to be in the UK according to his company's Trustpilot page.

The companies website claims to be in Spain.

Everything he does is a lie.

His processor is investigating his fraudulent activities.

And the owner told me via email he sent this review to his attorney and is suing me over this review. I have emails from the owner proving everything I've stated here is true.
