VORSICHT!!!
Hatte ein PDF für 10ct komprimieren lassen. Bezahlung über Apple Pay autorisiert und plötzlich wurden mir 2x 2,10€ UND einmal 49.90€ abgezogen. Man schließt automatisch ein Abonnement ab und es steht nirgends. Bank und bald Polizei sind informiert.

I also felt for it! Thought I had to pay USD 0,10 for a PDF I wanted to convert to a Word document and to be honest I thought that was a fair price... Ended up with a monthly subscription of USD 49,90... The USD 49,90 was paid to videoplan.net... If you check their site they are offering the same model... 'free' trial of 1 day for USD 0,10 and the next day the USD 49,90 subscription model will start... Bastards!
Raised a dispute with Mastercard to get my money back!

#Subscription Fraude / Scam

As other people mentioned the same, I also tried to use their website for converting a file, then after paying 0.10€, without nothing also that I got redirected to ctool.ai website to pay that money. After that without informing me they binded my email to subscription 49.90€,, the transaction trial of the 49.90€ came the next day after the 0.10 payment and ,also after a week, under CTOOLAI name, and I saw it only today, checking all this information carefully. And hopefully my bank automatically declined that payments and i did not get charged. Also after trying to contact all that websites (ctool.ai, ctoolai.com, pdflab.co, support-vip.com) all their emails are fake and auto-answering bots, even after entering and sending email to those ".ai" website email addresses the message was not getting sent. So it's all fake. And the last thing is the ctoolai.com and support-vip.com use same photo and website design it's easy to not notice the redirection between them. Be careful and share this!

Achtung Betrug. Habe eine PDF Datei klein machen lassen für 0,10€ und am nächsten Tag ziehen diese 49,90€ ab. Muss jetzt schauen wie man das „Abo“ kündigt oder sperrt mit der Bank..

For one converting 0.10€, its ok, but they without Me spending my ACC money 49.90€/mon as subscribe, but I didnt subscribe

I wanted to edit and download a PDF. It said you didn't have to sign up or anything. Then the download cost 0.10 cents, but in the end the ZIP file was empty and I couldn't download it properly. SCAM

Don't use this site they are charging 10 cents then after 24 hours as they state they charge 49,90€ . I used paypal and they have charged me before the 24 hour timeline so i hope a can get a refund through paypal's payments protection program. DO NOT USE THIS SITE . IT SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR FRAUD ..............................................................................
UPDATE:After only 1 hour i have opened a dispute case with paypal and they have REFUNDED the full amount.
Do not use your credit card details directly . Paypal is the safest way.

Erst heißt es, kostenlos. Dann werden 10 ct für eine Konvertierung verlangt. Ok, ist ja nicht viel. Aber dann wird daraus eine 49€/Monat Pro-Version, weil man die "trial" Periode überschritten hat. Klassische Abzocke"!

I choose an option for 0.10€ and next day they just charged me 49, 90€ without any consent . This is outrageous. This is a complete scam , please stay away from this website . I never consented to subscription, they did it automatically.

Am besten gar nix über die seite machen lassen auf e mails mit hilfe wird auch nicht geantwortet.
