MISLEADING AND DIFFICULT
Not free like it states. You get to fill out all your information before it tells you that though. Then when you're finished, it states it's "easy to cancel anytime you sign into your account", but then when you try, it gives you a number to call that doesn't actually work. NOW, watch, I'll get a response to this that says something like "sorry we missed the mark with you..... we try to be transparent.....send us your info pronto so we can get this worked out", but there is NO WAY TO SEND THEM THE INFO OR GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO CANCEL. What a sleazy way to do business.

I used this for a Dr note and it didn't…
I used this for a Dr note and it didn't work because it didn't include everything a dr note needed. I've tried to cancel but haven't been able to. Every number for customer service is not real.
