Mostly fine but recent issue :(
Never usually have an issue but my BP medication took from 12th until 23rd to arrive and I therefore ran out, pharmacy said it was with the courier since 12th and they had no updates/tracking or way of chasing it up. Not ideal with important medication and now worried it will happen again next time. Can’t order earlier as GP will decline so at risk of running out if deliveries continue to take so long. Not sure what the solution is.

The packet you received on September 23rd was collected from the pharmacy on September 22nd and subsequently delivered the following day, aligning with our service commitment. Similarly, another packet dispatched by the pharmacy on September 23rd was delivered to you on September 24th, also on the next day.
We can confidently confirm that your prescription was not held by us for a period of 12 days. Should you require them, we are able to provide comprehensive tracking details for your review.
Honest and reliable

I like that they do all their checksand no worries about them being scammers or issueing fake jabs. Everything legal and legit and reasonabky priced as well. Speedy deliveries.

Excellent experience every time
Luckily we have the same delivery drivers who deliver our medications.
And they wait patiently for us to answer the day as it takes time for me or my sister to get there and they always greet us with a smile and are always polite.
