A 10-star rating, exceptional coaching
If there was a 10 star rating, I would tick it. Having spent the last 5 years being told how hard it is for midlife women to lose weight (and watching the scales creep up, even though I thought I ate reasonably well), I am living proof that with Amelia, it is totally possible - I've lost 1 stone 3lb in just 12 weeks (8kg) (still cannot believe it as a write), yet never ever felt hungry, continued to enjoy wine, Cadbury's mini rolls and family pizza night. I found her whole approach to be the opposite of restrictive, but liberating and life changing, and thanks to her education developed new habits for life. It is genuinely all about balance, and Amelia's ability to educate and motivate when you need it without any sense of judgement is truly remarkable and exceptional. If you are hesitating or thinking about this, especially if you are at midlife and despairing of a solution, I highly highly recommend Peachpowerfit.

First step in right direction
Hi Amelia
If you want to receive a reboot in your weight to a whole body experience mind and body this lady is perfect for you .
I started with Amelia 14 weeks ago and had failed so many times before with PT s only after a few weeks but with her it was different. Instead of pushing me hard in the gym she educated me . She allowed me to educate myself , from how to count calories , enjoy food , enjoy social events , get off the horrid scales . Being a busy mum working full time we all know we have excuses but not once did I feel pressured to do workouts I actually wanted too . My body was fuelled for them not starved like before and the energy was there to actually do them .
In these few weeks she has made me do a total 360 on my body. And I am loving the new me. Lifting heavier , feeling great , mood hunger swings gone ,sleeping great and I actually adapted time for ME yes not the mummy or the wife but me in to my life . I will always be grateful to Amelia for this . She is definitely one in a million xx

I’ve been lucky enough to be working with Amelia for over 18 months, in which time my whole mindset has changed and everything has worked up to building good habits and now just forms part of my lifestyle. I still enjoy social events with friends and eating out without feeling guilty and without hindering my progress. I can’t recommend Amelia highly enough, she’s always there for support and my results have been life changing!
