Peacock Plumbing Avis 

We recently used Peacock Plumbing & Heating for the installation of two new bathrooms, a new boiler, and a complete heating system, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tian, his brother Taron, and Ryan were an outstanding team to work with. Throughout the project they were collaborative, creative, and consistently solution-focused, taking the time to think through challenges and find the best way forward rather than simply doing the minimum required.

What particularly impressed us was their attention to detail and the pride they took in their work. It was clear from start to finish that they wanted to create something they could genuinely be proud of, and that attitude showed in every aspect of the finished installation.

They were also a pleasure to have around. They brought a combination of cheerfulness, good humour, and positivity to the project, and were unfailingly polite and considerate throughout. They treated both our home and the wider building with respect, keeping communal areas clean and tidy at all times. Several neighbours commented positively on their professionalism and friendliness, which says a great deal about the impression they made.

One of the real strengths of Peacock Plumbing & Heating is their close working relationship with Premier Tiles. We found this partnership extremely helpful, bringing together practical installation expertise with excellent design and product advice. A special mention should go to Lee-Ann at Premier Tiles, whose knowledge, experience, and eye for design were invaluable in helping us make decisions and achieve a result we are delighted with.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with both the process and the finished result. The combination of skilled workmanship, thoughtful problem-solving, attention to detail, genuine pride in their work, and a cheerful, good-humoured approach made the project a very positive experience from start to finish. We would happily recommend Peacock Plumbing & Heating to others.

Incredibly unprofessional customer service. The work carried was fine, but sadly the customer service was vile. They did not attend when booked in initially, they then cancelled and rescheduled twice for further work to be carried out.
Once the work was completed, the invoice had doubled from what was agreed and to top it all off they repeatedly called back to back up to five times at a time when they did not get an answer (I was at work so couldn’t answer) and followed up with a very rude and threatening text.
I am highly disappointed in what seemed to be a good small company. Sadly will not be using them again.

Very friendly, efficient and professional. Electrical fault diagnosed and rectified quickly.

Peacock Plumbing did our annual Boiler Service for us today, Been very happy with them from the very first contact, very professional and helpful all the way through. Very happy to recommend and have slready agreed next years service as well!

Boiler developed a fault half way through a shower, phoned the last people to service it, wouldn't touch it out of warranty, tried the manufacturer, wouldn't come to check it. Did a little googling, found Peacock with good reviews and gave them a call. Tian got back to me quick and, despite being fully booked in that day, he came round after work to have a look, tested a few possibilities, ordered a part that evening and came round the morning affter the part arrived - before his (again fully booked) work day had even started so that he could get our boiler back up and running. Highly reccomed Peacock. Fast, very thorough, really lovely, upfront and a good price. Feel lucky to have found them!
