We discovered a wasps nest late on a Friday afternoon and Gareth arrived after sunset, prepared himself and carried out a successful destruction and clearing of the invasion. Excellent service at such short notice.

Very polite and efficient service. Was able to provide a cheaper solution than what was originally quoted and was honest enough to say so. An all too rare level of integrity these days. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Peacocks pest control. I contacted Gareth unsure if we had a rat or mouse problem. Gareth asked a few questions and said he thought it was a rat. He came out the next day and was very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He checked all the manhole covers and explained he thought we had a single young male rat. He ordered a rat blocker and set several traps behind the kicker board. He arranged to come back a couple of days later to fit the part. In the meantime he said to contact him with any issues. He came out fitted the rat blocker explained how it worked and tested it. He checked the traps and left. Next morning there was a rat in the trap. I contacted Gareth and he came out to remove it within the hour. Gareth explained all of the costs from the offset and only invoiced once the rat was caught. All in all a very professional service. Gareth was fantastic, he made a very stressful situation calmer and shared so much knowledge which reassured us that the issue could get resolved, unlike a few other companies I had called which made me panic more.

Gareth from PPC attended my neighbours house late evening due to wasp nests needing removal.
He was able to help us with a nest in a very hard to reach location by my shower vent, which meant wasps constantly came in via this vent to the shower room.
With the right extra long reach equipment he sprayed the nest and was very professional and explained what he was doing and that if they should return, he would repeat the process and that was all covered in the price.
